After a ten day runaround with the online horror show that is FLY365 [avoid them at all costs] Skiddoo processed my booking and issued the tickets in less than an hour. I'm happy. And it's good to know there are efficient and reliable online travel agents :)

This is our second time booking with Skiddoo theyre good. People complain about their customer service but so far everything is great. If you have any problem just email them. Plus no hidden charges. Will be booking thru Skiddoo for the next trip this year Thanks Skiddoo !! Love Naz

Very easy to book a flight and payment fees were lower than others. Website was simple to use. Felt safe having a secure booking.will book through skidoo again . Confirmation email came straight away.

Website easy to navigate, cheap business class flight to Europe during peak time and no transaction fee for Australian mastercard. Really easy to double check details prior to finalising the purchase and all the fare rules are easily accessible.

booked business class tickets from Phuket to Perth, only 1 of the flights are business class, unsatisfied customer. only realised this after I received email confirmation and by then, its too late to change

Would have rated 0 but no option.
I fell sick in Singapore with an acute bronchitis and was unable to fly.
Called Skiddoo on a number of occasions and did not get answers.Subsequently sent 2 emails explaining my circumstances and requesting to cancel/reschedule my flight.
No emails, phone contract,not a word a month later,still waiting.
Dont use SKIDDOO as customer service is non existent,useless.

Price given in website is not what it is in actual. You make payments, they charge for it and ask you to contact becuase there is an error which is price doesnt match. If the price doesnt match, why do you still promote it in your website?

Easy to use search engine. Good range of alternative flight options, and price competitive. No hidden "traps". Very quick response to the booking request. Will use Skiddoo again, and have recommended to a friend already.

* Everything was easy enough. The pricing was clear and overall cost was as per the pricing.
* It wasn't overly apparent that eventhough I was booking a return flight, I wasn't sure that the the two one-way tickets would roll up into one return flight.
* Also, I didn't receive my etickets within the 24 hours as per the confirmation email. Maybe the weekend got in the way but it didn't cause any issues at the airport

The prices were as stated on the web site.. Only extra cost was for processing payment, which is, unfortunately, normal for booking agencies. I liked that I could pay through pay-pal. More information on baggage allowances would have been helpful.

It would be better if it was made clear what type of fare we were getting much earlier in the process. EG baggage allowance seat selection pass port details. This makes price comparison better and we wouldn't need to go on line later to add these things or incur extra charges.

The travel agent was quick to find me a cheap ticket to travel overseas. I could not believe I found a ticket so cheap hours before the flight. There were no unexpected or additional fees after I made the booking.

The whole booking process was smooth. Ticket confirmation was almost instantaneously received. Everything looked fantastic. Two months later, out of blue, I was told by Skiddoo that my tickets were cancelled by the airline. After confirming and reconfirming that Skidoo was going to issue the full refund, I went ahead and booked new tickets. Weeks have gong by, I still have not seen a cent of the refund. I will NEVER ever book with Skiddoo again.

Scam. I tried to buy 3 air tickets, after I spent all this time anc efforts to fill in all information "sorry no seat at this fare left" message appears. Anc them you can book for $400 more. False ad, I will report you to the search engines

I bought an International return ticket last Monday, on asking for accommodation during my 14 hours of transit, I was told that they will communicate with the Sri Lankan Airlines and email me the airline's decision, I tried calling them after 4 days, wait over the phone was 30 mins, no one attended to my call, then I rang the Sri Lankan Airline, they told me that Skiddoo hadn't even put in a request in the 4 days!!!

They trick you with the price and will seal your name and details. Then will put the money in their bank for a couple of days, earn interest and tell you they cannot book the tickets. Absolute bogus, liars, wondering how they operate in Australia dodging consumer activists.

I am been chasing them for last two weeks, everytime i get to listen different story. I paid around $200 extra for flexible tickets. Now when i wanted to change my dates they are not even helping me with possible dates where i do not have to pay any extra.

Easy and prompt service while booking online. All documents and ticketing sent to me in a very fast and prompt manner. Never had a single issue with using this company for the first time for holidays.

Disappointed! Disgraceful!Liars! Repeatedly told me they refunded my canceled flight! After providing them with a bank statement and letter from my bank that no refund was submitted they continued to tell me they had!
