Margaret, I can't answer your question about too much sugar. All I can tell you is that my dietitian did some research into it for me and approved me using it. I have tried many other brands and either could not tolerate them (gave me bad stomach cramps and wind) or I could not stand the texture or flavours.
All I can suggest is to try and see how it works for you.
For me, I would use anything else now.

Is this product Ok to use in conjunction with Keto ? I am really happy on my Keto diet but this might add a change.

I dont think so. The keto diet requires you to only consume 20 grams of carbs and upto 50 grams the entire day. So i suppose even one shake would throw you out of ketosis.

Many people trying to lose weight quickly have diabetes, among other health problems. A low sugar version of your slim & trim shakes would be appreciated. I have bought 4 sachets to try, but am worried about the effect on my diabetes management as there are 23g sugar in each sachet, which is an enormous sugar hit for a diabetic. Please consider making a low sugar alternative - less than 5g per sachet. Thanking you for your consideration. Mark.

I add fruit to my morning shake and remember that I've used a fruit serve so I choose something else for my morning snack, like carrot sticks.

I would much prefer that you lower the sugar content in all your shakes.
I was buying them but like the 7 friends who were also drinking the shakes have now found alternative shakes with lower sugar content.
How about you reconsider the sugar content in your Aldi shakes so that we can again consume your shakes????
I've since spoken to other's who no longer buy these shakes because of the high sugar even though they agreed the flavours were great.
It would be wonderful if you gave it some thought to lower the sugar PLEASE.....??
