On day 2 of the shakes and felt hungry leading up to my dinner shake. Im doing a shake for breakfast and dinner with a leafy salad with avo and shredded roast chicken and lemon juice for lunch. I have sugar free gum to help get between or when I start feeling peckish and have started doing 30min workouts.
Any other suggestions? Can I snack between meal/shake? What foods are a definite no no? Im dying for some potato or bread!
