Still Unsure
I'm dubious about this product....I had the imaging and templates done in teh Sydney CBD store and the staff were magnificent. very friendly and seemingly knew what they were doing. However I'm 5 months into the treatment and after noticing not a lot of change, I've been trying to get feedback from them but to no avail. They don't seem that interested . I'm hoping things will change over the next 2 months (at which time the treatment will end) but for now I must say the customer support is severely lacking

Finished today!!!
Today I start my retainers after just finishing 6 months. Didn’t have any issues my teeth are straight and couldn’t be any happier, excellent for money. I know some people hesitate with the kit they sent out but I did my mould thru the kit they sent and had no issues. Will definitely recommend them

Bad service
When you sign up they state that 2 sets of retainers are included at the end of the plan but they charge you for them($155 each) and then don’t respond to your emails and requests

Poor Customer Service!
Submitted my 90 day check in on November 28th. Didn't hear back in the 24-48 hour time frame that I was told to expect. After several phone calls, online chats and emails, all that had to be initiated by me, I was told to resubmit my 90 day check in. I did that on the 12th December.
And I'm still waiting for a response. Considering the supposed warrantee in reliant on the 90 day check in being submitted and reviewed I'm at a loss as to why I have to keep following up on it and why, after nearly a month I still have no clue as to whether the al...Read more

Absolutely blinded by everything they promise and went ahead with my plan after a great initial meeting and completion of scans. Contacted them after waiting 4 weeks for my aligners only to be told they had been lost and they only realised as I asked about them! Never would have known if I didnt ask! Was also told I would have to wait another 4-5 weeks! But then theyre also closed over Christmas and New Years!! So looks like I will be waiting a lot longer!! Not happy at all !

Aligners treatment
I just look forward beginning the treatment. I hope it will be as satisfactory as I have been told. The consultation was good and comfortable. However it has taken since my consultation and I am still waiting. I do not know when my aligners will arrive.

Really pushy, poor quality and terrible payment platform
When I went in the person was very insistent on getting me to sign the contract even when I said I had doubts and wanted to think about. After thinking about it I decided to sign up with their smile pay option. Upon receiving the kit I found many of the aligners to be of poor quality and broke within days or were already broken causing ulcers. Four months in not 1 payment has been taken and no one can tell me if or when it will be taken.

Be aware and do your research
I have crowded bottom teeth. Smile direct club approved and sent 3D smile and we’re very keen to sign me up, with mails coming daily.
Visiting real dentists there advice after I got my free 3D impressions from smile direct club.
Dentist 1. $55 I needed IPR (interproximal reduction) during treatment.
My Smile direct club plan does not include IPR measurements. So dentists won’t do it for me, of cause those dentists want all your money to use there own product starting from $5500 and up! That’s where smile direct is cheaper, but at higher risk...Read more

All of our SmileShop appointments are completely free and every customer receives a SmilePlan after if our fully licensed dentists and orthodontists believe that movement can be achieved. Wrong and missing aligners
I had the an awful experience with this company. The first set of aligners had two bottom rows only. I had to wait 3 weeks to get the bottom tow. On month 2 week 1, I opened the package to find two top aligners only. When I checked the actual writing on aligners I realised that the numbers on aligners didn’t match the ones on packaging. So the set that was supposed to be week3/4 of month 1 was actually week1 month1- which I had worn for 2 weeks instead of week 3/4 . This issue sent back my treatment plan for 6 weeks. ality control at all. I have to go through every package to see if it is right aligner for that date. The trouble is they don’t seem to care. Truly great opportunity

All customers can view their 3D SmilePlan within 72 hours of the appointment in their dashboard. A link to the dashboard will be sent via email.
I got mine within less that 1 day.

Checked status which said it would take 2 weeks. But overnight came Email saying it was ready. :-)
