SmileDirectClub SmileShop QLD, Broadbeach

Had my initial consultation today, had my 3D scan done and went ahead with my order. Received my teeth whitening kit and lovely lip balm to take home.
Am waiting to see what happens next.

My 1st visit to SmileShop Broadbeach QLD was a fantastic experience.

The service was incredible and throughout my whole appointment I was always checked up on and made sure I was completely comfortable. Anything that was done was explained very thoroughly which made it a lot less scary. Can’t wait to get it all underway

I got the impression kit which I personally could not deal with. I made a booking for the 3D scan at Broadbeach. Nerissa was fantastic and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process which only took 1/2 hour. The 3D image being built in front of my eyes was so impressive. Nerissa was very thorough and knowledgeable. So pleased I went to the smile shop and can’t wait for my aligners.

Although you could tel the visit is very scripted, it got more relaxed as it went on. Also the lady that attended to me, Tamara, was so lovely and I felt very comfortable.

Excellent smile shop experience, received aligners in 3wks, all aligners fit perfect,5 month plan all went well. Very happy with overall experience! Customer service was helpful. Did not ruin bite.

Staff were patient and professional. They made made sure you comfortable. They did involved me and explain every process to me. I will recommenced smile club direct to friends and family.

The 3rd scan is really cool and the staff are extremely nice and even got a free whitening kit to take home. Can’t wait to see what my teeth will look like

Being able to see the shape of my teeth was awesome. All the ladies there were supportive and had answered to all my questions regarding prior and future dental work that might interact with the aligners. Super cool. Love it.
