Handles get very hot when cooking. Need mitts. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Got it for a good price. $60 which was half off. Is non sticking which is great. Easy to clean. Overall I’m happy with.

Great Saute pan
The Smith & Noble Norwich White Ceramic Saute Pan 26 cm is a great frypan. I have used it for sautéing onions & frying bacon, steak, etc, & it works a treat, as I was sick & tired of not having a frypan with a fitted lid, this one comes with a glass fitted lid so you can see how your food is cooking, also great for cooking stews, would recommend, bought at Harris Scarfe at a very reasonable price.

I Purchased a 24cm Traditions SS Casserole at Harris Scarfe. Great unit, however the top black round knob handle of glass lid has come apart (screw Nut broke off the mould)
Is it possible to purchase another Lid knob, only, and if so where???
Realise that Glass lid is not under warranty. Happy to pay for it, if i can get it.
