I love my local Snap Fitness, it's always super clean and tidy. There is a great selection of equipment and friendly staff, all at an affordable price. I would be happy to recommend Snap Fitness to my friends and family.

Convenience and affordable. Almost all of Snap Fitness clubs have everything you need in a gym. And they are conveniently located in most cities and suburbs I travel to for business or pleasure.

I recently experienced the most amazing culture in my current Snap Fitness Club and couldn't suggest going anywhere else! All staff and members are super polite which makes working out so much more comfortable. I love coming here after work and actually look forward to it! All Snap Fitness Club Managers are great and you can see how hard they work!

Clean modern and great value for money. Friendly staff who are always willing to help out. 24/7 access provides convenience and I love all the free weight set up. Excellent all round!

The effort the staff put into making me feel comfortable was amazing. They not only showed me an exercise but explained how it would help and what exercise would be the next step.

Snap Fitness is just like many other fitness brands in that the gyms can be awesome and they can also be not so awesome. This all comes down to the staff, the franchise owner, the equipment, location and many other factors.

Having said this, Snap Fitness does have a real "member-first" focus, and they do engage with local communities really well. The gyms are mostly great, and there are plenty of them which means that no matter where you are you should be able to get a great workout in.

I have been training at Snap Fitness Glen Iris since it opened 2 years ago. They have added new machines and equipment and its really clean and tidy with natural light. I love how I can use Snap Fitness nation wide.

Be careful what you sign. I was told that I could cancel my 14yo daughters membership with 30 days notice, they did not tell me that I still had to pay out the contract. I cancelled her membership 2 months ago and they are refusing to accept my resignation.

Absolutely love Snap Fitness! The staff and members are always so nice any welcoming. It's clean and the equipment is great! Great to see so many new locations popping up in Sydney too. Could not recommend Snap Fitness highly enough!

I emailed them saying I wanted to cancel my membership and they said I had to come in and do it. So I went in and they said the manager is not here right now he's in a meeting (apparently they couldn't help me fill out a form) and told me to call him so I did - he didn't answer so I left a message asking him to call me back and he still hasn't.
Just emailed him again asking him when I can come in to cancel.
I've had relationships that are easier to end than this.
Also having to pay for 30 days after you end your membership makes no sense and is a clear rort.

Can not cancel membership straight away, Require a 30 day cancellation period where they will still charge your account. Pretty poor from my point of view. I spoke to them directly and were not willing to provide any solutions.

Could you please advise why all package pricing options are not disclosed before you require someone to enter their personal details. I should not have to provide you with my personal details to then access you pricing options. If there is a reply to this, could you please advise pricing options? All other similar businesses give pricing so could be easier to just not include Snap Fitness in my decision.

Due to an injury I requested my membership to be on hold and happy to pay the holding fee. It took the gym over two weeks to return my calls and emails asking to hold membership. They finally replied that they would hold the membership, but from that day, 2 weeks later from my first request.
It is not my fault that they are unorganised but I am paying for it.

We are super happy with our experience at snap fitness. We have used multiple snap clubs and all have been premium clean facilities. Great prices and the staff are well trained.

I am a newby at the gym and the staff at Holland Park Snap have been amazing! Love the atmosphere and have got loads on info from the workshops held in the club. I haven't tried PT yet, but the small groups class instructor Gwen is a cracker! Thanks guys! Loving' it.

I absolutely love my Snap gym. Such a clean, safe environment and I can use it all over the world whenever I travel. Great value for money with non expesive membership rates. The staff and other members are always so friendly and happy to help you out whenever needed.

Great gym and franchises in the WA area. Cost effective with up to date equipment. Would highly recommend to check Snap out when looking for prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Love the awesome equipment & super friendly members and staff! One of the PT's helped write me a program and set me up to achieve some awesome results! I've joined with a few of my friends and now love working out!!

I love training at Snap Fitness Members and staff are friendly and there are a great range of equipment! They have some great group classes and its so awesome that they are all included with your membership at no extra cost!
