Visited a few clubs in NSW and was happy with them. Nice and clean facilities, new and well maintained equipment and great and friendly staff, 24/7 access and group sessions. The environment is non-intimidating and trainers are helpful.

Absolutely love Snap Fitness! The staff and members are always so nice any welcoming. It's clean and the equipment is great! Great to see so many new locations popping up in Sydney too. Could not recommend Snap Fitness highly enough!

Finally a gym that has a great community feel and makes everyone feel welcomed. Great equipment, clean environment with friendly staff and members. The club I train at has everything you need. Highly recommended.

I like the friendly culture and equipment. All the members that i have meet are helpful. I use Canterbury and Roselands Snap but have been to a few others too!!

Love the gym i train at! best culture and environment for members to train. Friendly, caring about what we are need we are not just a number in the system.

Has all strength equipment necessary for a general strength and/or hypertrophy workout. The staff are Friendly and the community in the club is amazing. Alongside this the competitive prices are hard to turn down.

November 26th 2022 Update: Clean and very well equipped

Snap Fitness Petersham is brilliant. Close to home but can access other clubs too. It's always clean and tidy and was fully renovated in October 2022. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they always remember my name, I love it.

I’m a female on disability that was being harassed By 2 guys that go to snap and manger done nothing at all no girl would want to be at a gym they feel unsafe at

manager at Snapfitness waterloo is rude and unprofessional. I was not notified of fee increases at all and charged more than the fee increase anyways, manager refused to speak with me, claimed incorrect details yet have had emails from them previously. Yet to get my money back, or confirmation the membership was cancelled. Facilities are average, space is tiny. Claimed increase was for "facility upgrades" like the functional training rack that was installed and which is never available during peak time due to running group pt sessions in the entire section. Poorly managed.

Have had previous dealings with SnapFitness Wollongong. [name removed] the manager was excellent. Hence why i kept membership with the franchise. Lesson learnt.

Span Fitness Petersham has a franchise looking for answers on a bigger problem . Lack of true industry knowledge and experience from ownership with poor gym layout. Terrible cheap matrix equipment will easily leave customers looking elsewhere. There are simply better options in every category.
