Hi. I sleep on my back and side. What profile would I need?
Hubby sleeps on side and stomach and suffers sleep apnea.
Can you trial one?
What if the height is not right! Can you change it?
Your help is appreciated.

Hi Raelene - I’m the same as you, but I mostly sleep on my back, so I have the low profile pillow for back sleepers. Hope this helps with your decision.

Raelene - these are probably questions for Spinaleze or from the website. My experience was quite positive initially, but the pillow started going flat after a couple of months - indeed, i tried it again last night and it flattened out to about 1/3 it's usual size. I sleep on my side, but I can't sleep on my side when it is that thin - in fact, I actually put a folded towel under it to keep it at a more useful height.
In terms of trial - they have limited options available, but I believe you can return it after 30 days if you are not satisfied - not sure if that's an option or not.
I would suggest you carefully consider your options before spending the better part of $400 on two pillows. When it worked - it was great, but when it went flat it was a bit annoying.
I got a response from spinaleze for my post - i sent another email to a different email address just now - I'm hoping the response is a little more proactive and positive than my last attempt which prompted me to post here.
Cheers, Randall.
Hi Randall
Thank you for your reply and i apologise as I thought I sent this question to spinaleze direct.
I will forward my question to them and see what they will come back with.
Did you take up your concern with it going flat? Just wondering what they would reply as it is longer than the 30 day money back quarantee.
Cheers

Hi Raelene,
The Spinaleze Pillow is an Australian Invention by an Australian Chiropractor Spinaleze pillows are proudly Australian owned and manufactured locally in Australia, helping keep jobs in Australia.
Randall, received a brand new replacement pillow and if continues to have any issues with his pillow, we will continue to assist him until resolved. This applies to all of our customers.
If you haven't purchased your pillow as yet, I recommend you purchase a Medium Pillow as that seems to be the most suitable size for 90% of our people purchasing the pillow.

How does Spinaleze deliver their pillows? Australia Post?
3 answers
Can only say I guess so because I live overseas.
It is a local courier service which might include Australia Post - in my case it was not Australia Post. Not sure about cost for OS, I imagine if they had an option, it would be more expensive. Currently postage is included in the price for AU delivery - so it should be given the price!
Thank you for your reply. I am also curious about how long it takes them to send orders.

How do I know without trying which pillow works for me?

I think you need to determine how you mostly sleep & wake up - on your back or side? Make a daily mental note then decide.

Why has Spinaleze caused so much pain in my shoulders? Stopped using it and paIn has gone!
2 answers
I’m sorry to hear that you have had shoulder pain. Could it be that the pillow is positioned incorrectly & your shoulders end up resting on the edge during the night? It happened to me once when I first got the pillow, but not since. Hope this helps.
I purchased 4 pillows for myself and relos. We all agree it does what they claim as per skeletal discomfort reduction. However the price $199 ea is way to expensive.

I have had a spinaleze pillow for a while now. I notice that the sides of the pillow are quite soft and the center is hard. How should I position my head and neck on the pillow?
Should I place it directly on the middle or on the sides?

I also tend to sleep on my stomach as well as my side ie. my shoulder is down towards the mattress, my weight is 68kgs and I am 5ft9in in height and the Spinaleze most certainly has fixed any neck pain I used to suffer from, good luck and cheers. Richard
I used to sleep on my stomach part of the night but the spinaleze makes it comfortable to sleep on your back or side. I don’t sleep on my stomach anymore which I now find uncomfortable

Wondering where people are buying these from? A few reviews listed online computer?!?!?!?
Looking at the Spinaleze website $199 for a pillow sounds pricey for a pillow, although everything back related is pretty pricey.

I bought one on line, my advice is try before you buy, its a lot of money, and after 2 nights it just didnt work for me.

I'm a male side sleeper and I'm 179cm tall, however the measurement from the edge of my neck to the outside of my shoulder is 20cms.Which pillow is best for me?
1 answer
Hi Stavros,
I'm really not the expert here. I would suggest walking into your closest ResSleep store for a proper opinion. They sell the pillows there and can offer advice to which one might better suit you, as well as let you try them out - not that a 1 minute lie down is going to really equate what a proper sleep should feel like. I really don't want to be responsible at all for you not getting the right fit. Especially if it costs $200 and it doesn't work for everyone.

I have had pressure point pain since using a Spinaleze pillow. Day 1 - right elbow pain-went after 30 minutes. Day 2 - left knee pain when walking-went after 30 minutes. Day 3 - right elbow & whole right arm which woke me after 3 hours sleep-hence my nocturnal research. Any advice?

Dear Barry, I've been using the Spinaleze pillows and they are wonderful, everyone that i have referred says the same . Don't know why your left knee is sore . There's no connection

I don't have any problems with my back or my neck. But I find it really hard to find the right pillow. I would like to buy one of your pillows as I wake up through the night because the pillow hurts my neck, can you help me out?
2 answers
Hi Jan, I do find the pillow comfortable and sleep well on it, but as yet has not relieved my neck issues. These pillows are expensive to purchase and would be a great disappointment if the pillow was not suitable for you. I would suggest you enquirer from the distributor if you could have a trail period as long as you keep all the plastic covering etc in tact....Good luck. Boo
Dear Jan,
These pillows will support your neck in the correct position and give you the relief in the morning, it sounds like the pillow you are sleeping on does not do this .If you read their website you will see the clinical trialing and the design of the Spinaleze pillow has been done to get alot of people like yourself and me relief . No other pillow i have read about or seen does this . You need to buy the Spinaleze Side sleeper MEDIUM . Give it a go and you will like it and you will wake up refreshed .

Hi There, I am a tummy sleeper mainly but i do also sometimes sleep on my side. Is the Spinaleze pillow able to be used? So sick of waking up with a sore neck and headache but cant sleep on my back! My hubby also has a C-PAp machine for his Sleep Apnea but hates a big pillow. Whats the best profile for him? Thanks in advance Annette and Greg
2 answers
Tummy sleepers will benefit with a low profile pillow. I think the medium spineleze would be the way to go for both of you
Yes, the Spinaleze Medium sizes, they will align and soften around your neck VERY comfortable, it will be like sleeping on a cloud You'll love it

My husband is 183 cm tall. He has borderline sleep apnea. Will the spinal ease pillow help with this condition? If so which size should I get?
1 answer
Hi, You need to get the Spinaleze High profile, the worst thing for sleep apnea is for the neck and airways to be kinked . He will LOVE it
