I bought these SRC pregnancy leggings for support in my pelvic area due to vulval variscosity in the third trimester. I bought them from a specialist medical clothing supply store that measure you for the correct size. I have been (trying) to wear them for about a week now. The measurements are based on your hip measurement, yet they go up to and over your ribs. The problem is my rib cage is wider so i find they are constantly digging into my ribs making it difficult to breathe.

Ive only been wearing them a few days (5mths post c section - on physio advice), they are compressing everywhere as they are meant to, and they force you to have good posture while sitting or they dig in a bit. At the start I loved these shorts but then I started to see a few flaws in them.

The shorts are great for post recovery back and tummy support
I did find them difficult to put on initially

I did notice they have this seam that goes over the exact spot my scar is. (Why you have a seam there is beyond me)
Unfortunately 4 months on with continued wear it rubbed and rubbed on my scar causing it to become infected and burst open. Now I am on anti-biotics to clear it all up.

I have ordered the recovery and sport shorts as I thought they triggered different steps of the recovery and I am very satisfied of the results. I have been wearing the SRC pregnancy shorts for about 6wks now. I started wearing them because I'm on my feet all day for work and was getting terrible back pain. I read that the shorts might help so gave them a shot.

I have been very pleased with the outcomes of wearing them. They are comfortable and I believe make my back feel considerably better. I can wear them under my clothes (I have the knee high ones) without anyone knowing.
