Good overall blower light, nice and easy to start and quite reliable. Would be good for home use. However the BG55 would be a more ideal unit for more power.
The Stihl BG65 is light and easy to start. The blower is also quite reliabe too.
This product doesn't seem to have as much boogie as its cousin the BG55. However since the emission laws have come in they have had to make them meet the requirements therefore there power is not as good as it could be.

Hi Andrew you need a flat screwdriver, turn the sthil on it's side white air intake upwards. Locate the slot that you can insert the screw driver to release the cover. Pull cover back and look for the imprinted arrows on the side of the intake and the large tube which will suck up the leaves, line them up and twist the sleeve to lock the two together. Repeat the same for the bag collector. There might be a video on youtube?

If you only have a small yard I would look at a rechargeable battery vac from Bunnings. They guarantee their products as well
