This was my first experience with using a storage facility, and I was pleasantly surprised. I found the facility clean, well laid out, and with ample turning and loading space. Allocated storage space was generous. Access was via touch-pad password. Monthly rates were very reasonable. Customer service was excellent. I recommend the Kambah Storage King facility for anyone needing additional secure storage.

Stored 1 bedroom apartment furniture for about 2 weeks. Great customer service and convenient location, made my move from Sydney to Melbourne quite easy! Good rental fees as well for the storage unit.

After a phone consultation and prebooking with [name removed] (who was lovely by the way) I took Friday off work to fix up the paperwork in the office and move into my storage cage. What a waste of time! The guy at Cleveland Storage King was rude, abrupt and told me he had other customers when I asked to see the unit, didn't recall my booking and dismissed me offhand ! This left me with no storage cage!... I have now purchased a storage unit with another "National" company in Capalaba who were very helpful and understanding.

A friend and myself went to the Revesby Storage King last week basically to get an overview of the paperwork and pin numbers before moving her stuff in. Although there wouldn't appear to be much involved the two staff were friendly, casual and made an effort by running through the paperwork and letting us see the storage unit. Seeing we live in a world of social media and egomaniacs it was good to receive easy going respectful service. The pricing as well is a little cheaper than average when compared to other facilities.

I asked the guy in the office to cut 5 meters of the bubble wrap. I trusted him and didn't stand watching him while measuring, as I had to buy other packing stuff. He charged me for the 5 meters, but when I returned home, I felt it was way shorter than 5m. I measured it, it was under 3m. although the money is not that much, but it is the concept that matters. If you can't trust them in something that simple, I wouldn't trust them in other things. I would stay clear from this branch in particular.

We used this facility for the past twelve months and cannot fault their service. They not only stored our furniture but we used their removalist service twice during this period. Every member of staff was professional, obliging and courteous without exception. It was a pleasure dealing with Tim the Manager and his team. A big "thank you" from two very satisfied customers
