Poor quality pool cover !

Purchased this pool cover with 60 months of warranty. Splits down a material join in the middle of the cover after 22 months. Cover is stored as per the manufacturers guidelines and used in a chemical free pool. I have been offered the pro rata amount but expected to pay again for Delivery, Fitting for another cover that might last 2 years... Pass ! Then disposal of the faulty cover Pass !

Richard came and inspected the site .
Advised appropriately what is needed and did not do any excessive sale .
The installer Mich was a great guy, worked hard.
Post installation Richard came back for handover .
Great service so far . Keep it up .

First Experience.

Called for a service after purchasing a new house, wanting to know how the solar pool heating works, agreed to the 1 year service that was in fairness due. Technician came seem to be all working fine and was given advice. No problems. The next couple of days things weren't as they were but may have been messing with the controls a bit. Rang the company and asked for some assistance over the phone was told the boss would ring me. That indeed happened a couple of hours later and walked me through it. All working now very simple instructions over the phone told any issues don't hesitate to call back. All in all good service. No complaints.

How not to support customers

Our system has been installed for three years. First they fitted the wrong pump for the height of the house. Then when the second pump broke down after two years, I asked them to leave the old pump behind so i could get it checked. They did not nor did they ever find it!!! New pump cost me $800
this year it was the sensors turn to fail at the end of November 48 days to get a technician so on the 13th of Jan and finally fixed and $360 Later
Make your own mind up.

Awful Service - Avoid This Company!

I have just wasted 3 afternoons this week waiting for these technicians to come out & fix their dodgy pool heating installation. Excuses after excuses. I don't know how a business can operate like this? Do not waste your time with these people. They are hopeless.

Don't deal with these guys

Bad service and dodgy installation.Had to get them out 3 times after initial install.
Get other solar pool heating, stay away from this dodgy company, there are better ones out there.

The roof sensor was only replaced last year

Tracey I have a similar system and the problem is usually the plug-in cable from the roof sensor to the pump controller. The contacts corrode. If you unplug and plug in the roof sensor cable a few times, it should reset and work. Hopefully.
