I did a fasting glucose & cholesterol test, paid and received my "personal" meal plan.
It does work... I lost 7kgs in 7 weeks. However, I am now anemic, no response to my email for no longer continuing with them. No suggestions, no support, no empathy, no response.....

I used this years ago, got talked into a very unrealistic diet plan that cost me $1000.

I have since lost lots of weight with good old fashion exercise and proper diet
They will reel you in with fancy rubbish, take your money and not give a damn.

I lost less than 2kg in the 6 week program recommended by the pharmacist despite sticking to the program 100%, drinking at least 2 litres of water per day and attending a fitness class three mornings each week. Very disappointing as I also felt bloated and suffered from very embarassing flatulence throughout the whole period. It was also expensive. I would not recommend this product to anybody in the future.

I joined because I was under the assumption that I would have one on one sessions with a knowledgeable professional... for that much money. The lovely ladies who are there are sympathetic but are trained to say the same unfounded statements. For example, eating as described will release "growth hormones" which is what you need to loose weight. After looking it up I can say that this is an unfounded statement. Also, there is no counseling on a persons specific needs. It is just take the money and bluff. I am ashamed that I fell for it.
The program does not try to sell you products and is a solid weight loss basic program.
It is a stupid thing to have paid for. The diet is not geared to my specific needs. It is a very basic diet.

The blood test isn't anything fancy, as you are lead to believe.. some far away gp might glance at it, but you actually don't need a doctor to explain your blood results. Very expensive and does not do as it states or how it is advertised. I'm very disappointed and I feel worse than ever, and it is heating up in WA now and I can't fit into any of my summer clothes.

I have put on 2kgs in 7 days. That's with regular exercise, 3 litres of water per day and lots of veges & salads.

I liked this and would have recommended it in the begining, i have lost a total of 16kgs in 6 months BUT during the 6 months since i joined the clinic i attended has closed down twice (once by the original franchise owner and then again by head office, apparently head office has totally closed down) ... So just a warning to all prospective sureslim people, be careful about paying upfront because if they close down you wont get your money back. I would not recommend this product to anyone (save your money and just cut back on what your eating, its all about portion size)

i like the way everyone was freindly at first i had to watch my wieght tell they to my money.

The only way someone would be able to stick to the extremely restrictive diet is if they had the discipline of a soldier! DO NOT GO ON THIS PROGRAM. Instead put the money towards joining a gym or getting a personal trainer. They can also help you with figuring out and teaching you proper nutrition, or can at least refer you to someone who can help you with it.
