Hi, my 2010 Suzuki Burgman AN400 overheated and I got towed. Whilst on row truck the handle bar pulled right down and exposed all wires and steering column. Is it supposed to do this ? I've never seen this before. I have photos.

Does anyone know if the diesel noise fix kit from Poland is compatible with 2018 Burgman 650.
All reports only refer to models up to 2006

I just purchased a AN650A, 2011 model with 22000 Km.When the engine / transmission is not warmed up the gears are smooth up and down ( on Auto ) but after 2 > 3 minutes when slowing down it is not smooth any more. Rough ( on slowing down only ) and the slowing down is not nice. Changed the transmission oil 2 X Castrol 10w40. 15W40 .( Semi ) Does someone knows is that normal, due to the braking power of the engine when I turn the throttle down ? I'm scared to take it to a dealer !!! $. Norman, QLD

Sorry Norman, cannot answer you properly, due to the fact I'm not a bike mechanic, should be an easy fix, just ask around maybe to a suzuki bike mechanic?
Thanks anyway. I have visit a lot of forums ( manly US ). One states : "The only thing that takes time to get used to the downshift can come on swiftly and takes time to adjust."I think after 2012 they have changed something.
I went on the Suzuki website and they are not offering the 650 any more. Only till 400 cc. Norman

I was told by mechanic the 400 is better than the 650 because the transmission makes noise due to dual transmission. I was thinking of upgrading to 650 until now. Just did a full service at 47k cost $1500.00 had belts replaced changed oils tune up filters etc.. Bike runs like new heaps more power than before I think its a keeper now. Love the Burgman series.

Hi I have a Suzuki burgman 400 it's a 2006 I purchased at an auction with a busted key and the locksmith doesn't know how many clicks it's supposed to click to start it can anyone please answer this for me
Thanks
Keyme 2006
1 answer
The lock has 5 positions. When OFF the key is in a vertical position; one click right = ON. Another click opens the trunk/seat.
One click left of OFF is LOCKED (steering column). One more click left is locked and parking light ON.
In case you want to start the bike, you need to push the starter button (black) on the right side of the handle bar. Also make sure the emergency switch (red, on the right side) is in the ON position (flipped towards the rear of the bike).
Please note: a copy key will not allow the bike to be started, as the anti-theft system needs a Suzuki key with plastic head (which includes the corresponding electronic/magnetic parts).
