Made me violently ill.

published

These supplements caused me moderate to severe nausea, stomach cramps and diarrhea after three weeks of consuming them daily, with a meal. Symptoms abated the moment I discontinued use. I do not recommend them due to their significant and unpleasant side effects.

Purchased in April 2021 at Woolworths for A$15.00.

Terrible product

published

I purchased these tablets for the end goal of strengthening my nails however the side effects were horrendous. Horrible headaches, stomach cramps, nausea and even a bout of vomiting. Would not recommend anybody to purchase these tables and these should definitely not be on the market.

Intially seemed ok to take, mild effects a month in.

I bought these tablets mainly for hair growth & they were half price at the supermarket.
I read the reviews afterwards about mild side effects & was concerned but I still decided to give a try.
I found it helps definitely to have with food as when I didn't eat enough I felt a bit of nausea afterwards.
It's been about a month taking the tablets, so halfway through the bottle.
I noticed my nails growing faster than usual, no noticeable difference to my skin & tiny hair growing but the hair part may be due also to a tonic & shampoo I'm also using.
Though I have recently developed mild stomach pain & diarrhoea last 3 days so will stop the tablets for now.
I may restart the tablets later or take every second day.

Purchased in March 2021 at Coles for A$12.00.

Always check reviews

Started taking this tablet 5 days ago and have had headaches, terrible stomach pains, and diarrhoea past 3 days. The only change I've made to my diet is adding this tablet and I've been taking it as per instructions. Should be interesting to see if the symptoms subside as I will no longer be using this product.

Purchased in May 2021 at Chemist Warehouse Physical Store for A$19.99.

Is it good for a HBS patient ?

Hi, as I am not a medical practitioner, I cant answer that question as everyone is so unique, BUT I can tell you after looking at the bottle, it says there is "NO ADDED lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours and is suitable for vegetarians".
There are no warnings on the bottle either, but to be sure it would be advisable to check with your doctor or pharmacist
I do hope this helps you :)
