I think that there's no better multivitamin supplement available commercially in the world. I'd recommend Swisse Ultivites to everyone (my husband uses the men's ultivite). I partically notice improvements to my energy levels, skin conditions and stress levels (mental and physical)when I take Swisse Ultivite daily. I like the combined use of 'scientific' extracts and eastern herbals that assist the body in absorbing the vitamins and minerals - I know I'm not flushing money down the toilet.

this is a great product with a good range of nutrients i used to take many supplements but i have found that this is so good that now i no longer need all my other products
i really lke the way they mix vitamins and mineral plus herbs so that they target particular groups and conditions - the woman's ultivite is a very good example of this i like the feeling that the product contains all the things you need for your body and your mind
it is a bit too expensive compared to other multi brands aqnd i don't think it is made in australia

I would recommend this product, however can't say i have noticed any real changes in my wellbeing since taking them. I may well be one of those people who gets enough of what i need through my diet. There can be huge price variations between stores so i would recommend shopping around to find a good deal or else stock up when they are on special.
There is a good mix of general vitamins required for wellbeing as well as herbs and other vital trace elements.
They are huge, but i guess no different to any other multivitamin. Sometimes leaves a metallic aftertaste in my mouth, if i can't swallow it first go.

I started taking this multi vitamin at the recommendation of a health professional friend whilst I was recovering from a nasty bout of food poisoning. Even though I believe my diet is adequate in providing the minerals and vitamins I need, I think the herbal supplements contained in this tablet are useful and thus I continue to take them.

hs of PMT for me. It also contains the daily recommended amount of folate which is useful for women who are looking to conceive. Can be expensive - need to shop around to find a chemist (like the Chemist Warehouse) which sells them $5-$8 less than the supermarket or other places.

I used to take a more expensive multi vitamin suppliment but found it too hard to find so thought I would give this a try. I was rather run down and had the flu ( I had run out of my previous vitamins, was feeling great so didn't bother to get any more!) it took about 2 weeks to kick in (some would say that I had got over the flu by then) AND I found that I was more mentally alert and had more energy. I have since discovered that they have a specific formula for over 50s and I have just bought that - hope to see if it will help with the hot flu...Read more
shes. I like this product as there is no unpleasant after taste like some of the others. Can be taken on empty stomach - another bonus. Really makes a difference when you feel like you lack energy It's got sooo much in it that it is hard to compare to other brands - but is that really a con?1 comment

Hi could you tell me where to buy womans ultivate vitamins from please? I've just rang out as I had nearly a years worth but taken them all j have good to buy again from boots but carnt find them anywhere they've done my skin brilliant as j suffer with hives from the slightest bit of heat on my skin and this was the only product that worked I really dont like ordering on line as had bad experiences with goods not comming would appreciate if yoh could help me. thank you
