Initially, The lady I dealt with was really nice when I met her. Signed papers, gave deposit and didn’t hear from her again. I had to chase her and when I got hold of her she was really surly. She spoke down to me and made me feel as if she didn’t want to handle my case at all. No communication. I just cannot believe I paid someone so much money to talk down to me. Moody lady. What an attitude. I felt upset after speaking with her and wanted to cancel but they had my $900 deposit so I was stuck. I’ve used nicer and cheaper conveyancers before. I Would not ever recommend this place. Find a place that is customer centric.

Unfortunately I do believe that the team at SCC lack a moral compass. I found that they were incredibly unorganised and that vital information was only passed through at the last minute, which in some cases can cost several tens of thousand of dollars. Invest your money in a solicitor with conveyancing credentials, despite being told that the main owner of the company was a lawyer by trade I soon discovered that this was purely suggested to get me across the line. The fees charged for these services were in line with a solicitor, so you will get your moneys worth elsewhere. I only had wished I saw these reviews on here.
