I bought a lemon
Bought this from The Good Guys, Cairns in Dec 2015 for $698 (delivery & installation incl.) Had to repair cook top element in Oct 2017 costing $372. Now the same problem with the element. Have finally had enough. Decided to replace it altogether. Stay away from this cooker if you can!
Purchased in December 2021 for A$698.00.

Worst technical support
I have purchased the Technika stove ~ 6 months ago and so far 3 hot plates failed two times. I am not much concerned about this as it's under warranty but the issue is the service. When I log a case, Technika decides when they want to come and fix the stove, its not what the customer availability on that particular day. Service team says that they can send technician only at 07:30 - 08:30 AM in the morning. We also need to keep the stove unused for an hour before technician arrives. ve unused in the morning when kids are going to school (prepare breakfast, lunch etc ) and we are going to work. If it's some other appliance, it's ok but it's stove and morning is peak usage. It's more than 1 week struggling with three non-working hot plates. We can only one out of 4 hot plates and not sure when this also breaks. Stove also takes long time to heat up but I think it's by design.Purchased in August 2021.
