Edit - NOT Great but really glorified pressure cooker that sears. Bowl issue and not covered under
****
I used this machine many times a week for 10 months before the inside of the lid started to affect the top of the bowl. At first it looked like the non stick was peeling off - which while I wasnt thrilled about it would have still been useable for some time. What actually happened was that the part of the lid that rotates has sharp edges and was cutting into the metal of the bowl as you close the lid. There is no way to stop it happening and unsure why it happend. Rang Tefal and they said the bowl wasnt covered under warranty. It is ...

The system isn't flexible enough and doesn't have enough recipes to cook from. At times it's difficult to cook food in it when I realise I don't have the required ingredients to cook the dish. It would be better if they offered some alternatives to replace ingredients if need be.
Overall, the Tefal Cook4Me could be good for people who aren't as experienced cooking their own food so they can choose from the basic recipe list. However to improve the product for others to use, there should be a way to download new recipes.

Very clear instructions on how to prepare the meals set in the cooker. I like how there is only one button but I can still navigate very easily. Food turns out to be surprisingly delicious and fast. One thing I don't like though is the steam collector at the back that could be overfilled sometimes if you're cooking something with a lot of liquid (or maybe I'm using it wrong)

This device is brilliant. I am no master chef, but can whip up passable meals in no time. Great for those with young families, as you can set it up and let it do its thing. Generally we set it up to cook to full capacity and take the meals to work for lunch the following day. The meals are not top shelf stuff, so if you have very high standards regarding food i wouldn't bother, but if you want a passable quick meal there's nothing better.

We were given this as a wedding present from our friends who are big foodies
Great pressure cooker for a first time user and it was super easy to use and comes with manual/cookbook so you can't get lost.
I found some areas a bit hard to clean but I think that is expected from any pressure cooker.
I haven't tried dishwasher the inside case yet.
If this is the first time you've used a pressure cooker you'll find it makes weird noises when it lets off steam but that is totally normal. I would also recommend putting the cooker outside when the steam lets off as it causes alot of condensation which in some houses causes mould build up even if you have an exhaust fan on.

I have been using it for a week and cooks perfectly, tried cooking in manual mode for recipes not in the menu and good. Very easy to use and no chance of over cooking.very easy to clean saves a lot of time and just one bowl to clean. Excellent!!!
I only purchased mine today, I was visiting a friend recently and she spoke very highly about hers. We were going out to dinner but I changed my mind as I wanted to try out the new cooker.
I cooked soup, rice, green curry chicken and poached pears in red wine, all turned out perfect, the rice was so fluffy, can't wait to try a larger piece of meat, like a roast, will be getting rid of my slow cooker.I feel it will be easy to adapt recipes manually.

I have been very happy with my Tefal cook4me. Ive had it almost a year. Its turned out to be a very handy appliance and have been using it almost daily as it saves me time. Great all year round and especially in winter for stews, casseroles, soups and best risotto ever as well as puddings and other desserts.

I've had my cook4me for almost 1 week and used it every night. I've cooked various meats including lamb shanks, pork fillet and chicken thighs. It's so quick and easy and the built in recipes are great. The step by step instructions on the in built recipes guarantee a no fail dinner. It's easy to clean as the main pot goes in the dishwasher. It's very easy to use and I love that it self releases the pressure to avoid potential disasters with hot steam. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a busy lifestyle that wants something that helps you cook dinner for a large family in a short time.

I purchased this product in August 2016. I was really after a slow cooker, but this was the best on offer that I could find on line (or anywhere for that matter). It's really a programmable induction pressure cooker. I've cooked roasts, Chilli Con Carnie and Beef Stroganoff with it. The cooker did an excellent job of all of them. It's that good even my young man has made various chicken dishes for himself and his "bird". It's very easy to clean and that's a good thing! I think the manufacturers could have done a bit more work on the recipes and documentations. But other than that it is an "Egg Sell Ant" product.
Have a nice day.

Read morento quarters, no need to peel. Manually cook 3 minutes. Remove into another bowl. Add Kent pumpkin to water, thick slices, no need to peel. Add cauliflower chunks, then place steamer in and add Zucchini cut into three, 1/2 bunch of silverbeet sliced, and asparagus on top. Cook manually 2 minutes. Take out. Tip water into jug and keep for next soup or casserole, its a perfect base. Back into bowl, add potatoes, carrots and the rest of the vege's on top. Add 1 teaspoon of butter, mixed with salt and pepper, turn on browning mode until ready to use. Family (3 generations) adore this quick and easy tea with hot crusty garlic bread cooked 3-4 minutes in air fryer. It leaves a clean and satisfied taste in the mouth and body. You can pour 1/2 cup of stock water over vege's when ready to serve if needed. While enjoying meal, heat up extra garlic bread to sop up the juices. Hope you enjoy! Maggie- 2 reviews

I enjoy cooking but my partner who doesn't enjoys the easy to follow steps... it's very informative, great colour screen and cooks safely and evenly. If you're time poor and enjoy the slow cooked meals like lamb shanks and Ox Tail, it can be made in minutes not hours... great
Brought it at Harvey Norman for $299. Used it 3 times and everything has been delicious. Meat comes out very tender like 8 hrs in the slow cooker but done is 20 to 30 minutes . Working through recipe book . Also plan to take in caravan when we are on power.

It has become my most - used kitchen appliance and the meals are easy and tasty. And quick! Even my 8 year old finds it fun and intuitive to use. The lid is easy to reassemble after washing and the machine and bowl have a nice solid feel. I have had one of the rubber feet come off though and can't put it back on.

My brother bought a similar machine and did Christmas in it. I like this one because all sorts of cooking can be done. I'm still experimenting and adapting recipes. I worried about the cleaning needlessly as it is quite straightforward. I want to buy one for each son but they are in small apartments - something else has to go.

Love this product, it made cooking so much easier. The inbuilt recipes, the speed of the actual cooking and it is extremely easy to clean. Nothing sticks to the pot. It would be even better if they make the warm up process quicker. But overall it's the best cooking tools I have, and extremely useful for those who finish work late, as you can have your meal ready in about 15 min while you get a shower to freshen up!!

Never used a pressure cooker before. Friends had one loved what she did So I went out and got one.
I am not the best cook in the world but even I can use this. Just follow all the instructions that are built in and away you go... No failures. yet. .. Also you can do your own recipees in it also.
Easy too clean and has safety feature on it in case little ones are around
I would rate this the best electrical appliance I have.. You can cook, brown, steam. so only need 1 appliance, not all different appliances.

This little beauty was purchased from a private seller who just didn't have the time for her (I call her Mother). I find it the most easy kitchen accessory to use and often have meals ready in 10 minutes. There is an easy to use dial that you can flick from Ingredients, Recipes, Manual or Favourites options and then you choose by pressing the centre button on the dial. In the ingredients menu you can choose fruit or vegetables to steam, or cook rice - FAANTASSTIC. When choosing from the menu's it is self explanatory and tells you what to do...
Read more each step of the way. I use the manual function a lot as I find it easy to make up my own recipes from this, you toss your ingredients in brown them for as long as you like and when you're ready top up with water, close the lid and select quick cooking and Bob's your uncle (no there's not a button called Bob's your uncle). I tend to make a lot of soups, casseroles and stews which is ideally what this machine excels at. If I had one complaint to make I would say that the recipes function although good, doesn't have a function of returning one step back so if you, like me, didn't write the ingredients down at the beginning then you need to repeat the action; It anticipates that you have prepared the ingredients prior to continuing. It would also be nice to be able to program it in some way to add recipes; ie it is limited to it own recipes but then you have the manual function so probably not a complaint at all. The favorites menu is there to save the recipes you use most often from the recipe list. The machine doesn't like to have a full condensation collector and will ask you if you have emptied it. Although it's dishwasher safe I don't like putting it in there so just use hot soapy water to clean. I think by doing this the product will last longer. This is a fantastic machine. If you have the money to spend on this tool I would definately recommend it!!- 19 reviews

Easy to use with inbuilt menu and recipes. The menus are relevant but suggest little water needed as good produces plenty.
No negatives to date except as a general but being first time user of any type of pressure cooker more online info on creating recipes and how to work on base recipes would be good.

It is easy to use, easy to clean and produces some excellent meals. I love it. No more slaving over a hot stove! I put the ingredients in, set, forget and have a glass of wine :) and before I know it, dinner is ready. I cook in bulk and freeze. Makes the best risotto ever.
