Hi, just bought the Telstra Essential Smart 3 inserted old sim and went through all the stuff and is now asking for anUNLOCK code. It is a Telstra sim so shouldn’t need a code. Ihave taken out old sim and replaced it with the sim that came with the phone and same problem…please HELP

It's not designed to have the back come off, that's why you insert the sim and SD card in the side.
And looking at the Seam in the phone, you would have to detach the screen to get access to any insid...
