Wish we were told the truth before buying...
If Tempur provided transparency in their products and a little consumer education I would be writing a much more favourable review...
We bought the Orion Cloud from Harvey Norman just under 2 years ago. When we first tried the matteress in store we found it to be perfect, but no one advised us that when we got it home it would continue to get softer and softer.

worst costumer service
Purchase a mattress and after two weeks of using it I was experiencing back aches and waking up so stiff. I put a claim through and had a rep named [Name Removed] come out and rotated the mattress( tempur claim that you never need to rotate there mattresses) after rotation my husband is experiencing the back aches. According to tempur the pain experiencing is my body adjusting and aligning to the mattress. I believe I purchased a faulty mattress that is firmer on one side and not the other. According to the rep it’s because of my bed frame with is a total bull. My cheaper mattress of 10 years did a better job.

You're exactly right, you shouldn't need to rotate your mattress, this is one of the many benefits of purchasing with TEMPUR, the only reason you would've had to rotate is if it was installed upside down (and I'm sure that wasn't the case). I'll look to contact Ben and discuss why this was the case. In the meantime, I'd recommend kneeling over the mattress, this opens up the cells and helps to soften up the mattress, making it more like the product you tried in store. TEMPUR does take some time to 'bed-in,' this process, usually, takes around 4-8 weeks to feel the same as the item you tried in store. This is like any manufactured product, it won't feel the same on day 1 as it does on day 1000, adapting to you and the way you use it throughout the journey you take it on. In regard to your product being faulty, we have an extensive 10-year guarantee which covers a number of faults, of which we have less than a .5% return rate overall. Ben is a fantastic TEMPUR representative and if there was a claim available, I guarantee he would've taken the opportunity to ensure you had the best product possible and replaced it for you. If you still feel your product is faulty, please re-contact customer service and discuss issues with them, they are the best people to deal with your claim & always endeavour to get the best available outcome for our customers. Back Killer
This mattress is causing the most excruciating back pain I have ever had. I would compare it to kidney stone pain..... I have never suffered with much back pain until I bought this mattress. Now during the night my back is killing me. In fact I have hardly slept since getting this mattress. I have gone back to sleeping on my 12 year old mattress and I get no pain at all during the night. eks later. I wish I would have read these reviews before buying as I would have never wasted my money on this nearly $3000 mattress. Our old mattress, had contours, why does this not have contours/body zones, surely that would make the Tempur better? What am I to do now? I have this mattress I can’t sleep on and can’t afford to buy something else? My advise to anybody looking to buy. Don’t waste your money. It felt delightful in the store, I tried it several times before making my decision, but please think twice before purchasing as there is no returns or refunds. I did do a google search, but these reviews did not come up. Only when I got excruciating back pain did I search ‘Tempur and back pain’ this review and more showed up. Please beware.... TEMPUR doesn't have 'body contours' in the mattress due to the fact that it doesn't need them, TEMPUR conforms to your body regardless of how you lay.
