Very impressive
After reading mixed reviews we still took the plung we just looked at how long tempur have been in business and thought they must have some Idea, we went the plush ( soft ) option.
In store we though wow, first week at home was a little concerning a forever sinking feeling we though have we made a mistake......
It took 2 weeks to settle down and we both love it we get a very good night sleep minimal tossing during the night and wake up fresh

What a waste of money
My husband & I both have bad backs .We had heard of good reports regarding Tempur .First 4-5 weeks we noticed more back pain every day .After 6-7 weeks could not use it any more as we were waking up so stiff & sore. The only good thing is we got it on special for $3200, normal price $4100.Would not recommend it to anyone.Such a lot of money to outlay for a mattress that now sits in the spare bedroom. For the price you are paying should be at least a months trial & able to get money back as long as mattress is still like new.
