Beware of Tempur deals or promos
We bought during the timeframe, in the range, from the particular store, even upsized to a King, sent off the receipt and filled out a survey (which we weren't anticipating); only to be told the depth of mattress deemed us ineligible for the two free pillows. Beware of deals, promos and the fine print from this company! It's not skewed towards the customer, it's for their own brand.

Has anyone tried the lucerne Hybrid mattress
Hi all,
I'm in the market for a Tempur Lucerne Hybrid and I've been searching to see if anyone has purchased and has any advise before I go ahead and spend $3000.
I have had to rate to post so I haven't actually purchased yet. I have tried the mattress and it feels great in the store.......
Any reviews or advise would be great.

Back pain has exited the back door
We had a good Sealypedic mattress, however lately for months I have been experiencing backpain, keep tossing around, woken up due to back pain, horrendous experience, as I feel back pain for the whole day. Went to Harvey Norman, bought Tempur mattress and zero G base and since then I have no more back pain. Despite the negative reviews, we purchased the mattress, no odor or heat problem for us. The only thing is when I have my bed inclined for reading/sleeping, I feel stiffness on my neck/shoulder when I am using Tempur pillow, so I am not sur...Read more
e whether am I suppose to still use a pillow when the head part of the bed is inclined? or is it just a matter of adjusting the right height? but overall, very satisfied with the purchased. There are some negative review of how some people without back pain experiencing back pain after sleeping on the Tempur mattress, luckily it is not the case with my husband.1 comment

Hi, I connected mine at the powerboard beside the base of the bedframe, so that it is long enough for me to reach and the remote can sit beside my bedside table.
