Hi Virginia, I'd just like to know why there are so many BAD reviews, as it a lot of money to pay.

Cant answer that for you, can only say from my own experience, and ive never had a better sleep. Perhaps contact tempur directly, and see if they have a money back trial period, so if you dont love it after a short period, you can return for refund. Its a buyers market at the moment so its worth a try!. I purchased our bed interest free, so the small weekly payments of $20/week I barely notice. It was our 3rd expensive mattress in 10 years, so my expectations were low when I purchased our tempur, but hubby and I both LOVE our bed ! Hope this helps !

I would like to know if I can buy two single beds to make a King each having own remote settings price and where can I go to try one please

ABSOLUTELY! !! Thats the option my husband and I chose, and it works perfectly for both of us. We've never slept so well or woken feeling so fresh and energised! We have such different sleep patterns and now we can adjust our beds individually without disturbing each other. Most comfortable bed we've ever slept in.
We purchased ours from Harvey Norman Sth Tweed Heads, they were incredibly patient and helpful.

Thank you that was helpful but where can I try one of these beds and how much are they please??

Try at Hervey Norman bedding stores. I think I paid about $8000 for the two beds and mattresses, that was just over 2 years ago. Beds and mattresses are sold separately so it is a matter of trying the tempur mattresses to see what suits you the best. Perhaps you and your partner would prefer different comfort levels, youv'e got the option and you still end up with an awesome king size bed with individual remote controls

We have purchased a Tempur Aspire Zero G SXL base and a Beautyrest Acclaim medium king single mattress - our problem is that the height of the mattress (which wasn't on the bed in the showroom) is now too high for my elderly mother to climb aboard! Is it possible to get legs/feet no more than 2-3 cm high? Or should we get a different mattress?

You would have to ask the store where you bought the base and mattress. I bought A Tempur bed base and an AH Baird mattress from the same store which fits well. Perhaps you could remove the existing legs, there again, something you would have to resolve with the store where your bed base was purchased.

I have just purchased the TEMPUR ZERO G PLAT ADJ QUN BAS and mattress and am waiting on delivery in 2 weeks, very excited. My question is can you supply the floor space measurements, length and width of the base too please. I want to be sure of how I am going to place it in my room before it is delivered. Thank you.

Your supplier can help with this. Or go to a store that sells them and take measurements. Mine is the same size as the king single bed and base it replaced except the Tempur has legs. 60cm high overall.

Can you use this bed if you have a pacemaker?

My 94 yo grandmother had a pacemaker inserted after buying this bed and was okay but best check with your doctor.

Definitely check with your doctor. Tempur's manual states in the safety precautions, "Pacemaker Notice: It is possible that some pacemakers may falsely interpret the optional massage feature vibrations as movement/exercise. This is a common occurrence with any product that creates a vibrating movement and may not affect the pacemaker. Please consult your physician before using the massage feature."

Can I use my existing mattress on the tempur aspire zero g base?
Or do you require a special mattress to go with it?

You’ll need a Twmpur mattress - it needs to bend when the frame moves.

Hi, Wes.

In order for the adjustable base to work most effectively the mattress needs to be capable of working with an adjustable base. This being due to the articulation of the base itself.

All TEMPUR mattresses are adjustable base compatable and will comform completley to the movement of the base. They are available at all leading retailers.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Thanks, I was hoping mine might work as having MS am scrapping the barrel to get funds as is so hoped did not need a mattress too. Will have to look into the tempur ones and see what is best way to go.
