Rip off
Was charged 18.08 for my blood pressure medication usually get it at chemist warehouse for 5.40 i certainly will never go back to terry white again. That was for terry white home brand as well. Had run out and just got my script filled there for convenience never again i expected it to cost a little more but that is a rip off.
Staff is Arrogant and probably Racist.
I was just browsing, tried to find a sunscreen, a staff came up and recommend me some types and let me tried one, I didn't like one and said maybe later, she said "whatever" in the worst way you can imagine, and walked away.
Rude assistant
Attended terry white chemist at 11am Sunday 15th April 18, Playford alive was told 30 min wait...after I waited around for 45 mins I was told they didn’t have product on script. When I then told them to return the other product as I will go elsewhere the assistant got really shirty. Slammed the script on the counter and Sarcastically told me to have I nice day! Surely before they told me a 30 minute wait they should have checked if they had the product. Absolutely disgusted, I will not shop at terry whites again.
Prescriptions terry
Terry White Whyalla have not given me back a script with repeats I took in March no permission was given for them to keep.

Customer service needs attention.
Frowned upon for feeding our baby formula not breast milk. FYI not your business, your opinion isn't needed. If we wanted to know what you think we'd ask. There just may be sensative issues involved and we don't appreciate staff telling us how to raise our baby. The person was nice enough but please just mind your own business.
Needs adjustment
Over the counter and need to point out customer service needs adjusting, please tell staff not to slam the medication and rush customer out of store by asking is that all, I'm reluctant to return - young lady who served was nit interested in serving me - very rude
I was ripped off almost $50 for compounding script
I put in a compounding script at terry white city centre plaza Rockhampton, when I went to collect it a couple of days later, only after paying for it, woman pharmacist pulls out 50 gram jar instead of 100 gram jar, as per the original script, she had split the script into two 50 gram scripts, without my knowledge, and so I was ripped off paying for 100 grams of product but only getting 50 grams, please avoid that pharmacy, I will never go to any terry white chemmart pharmacy ever again.
Expensive
The only reason I went to Terry White last time is because it's near my home, bought a pack of amoxicillin (20 capsules) for $10.90 and waited and waited. I bought the same thing for $5.40 at the Chemist Warehouse a few weeks ago and they gave me a buzzer while I was waiting so I can still look around without being miss called. First time and will be the last time.
Very attentive and helpful
Went in to Cranebrook terry white to purchase a multi vitamin for my teenage son
The lady who helped me was so caring and knowledgeable
Will never go to anyone else for advice
June 11th 2018 Update: So helpful
Went into cranebrook terry white for advice on a supplement for my arthritis
The assistant knew so much and recommended a product from their Eagle range
It has brought me so much relief. Will definitely be going back for all my supplements
Very friendly and helpful indeed

Out of date products
I purchased Difflam from the terry white at kawana shopping world on the second of March. After purchasing them and taking two i noticed on the box they were made in 2015 and had already expired at the start of March 2018.
Disgusting. I will never shop there ever again.
Amazing service!
I went in to buy vitamins and the lady who helped me was super friendly and helpful. Lots of good information provided and no pressure to buy.
Sick of the hard sell...
My complaint is a little different. In the South Melbourne store as soon as you walk in a staff member attaches themselves to you & gives you the hard sell. Maybe I just want to browse without someone waffling on at me about crap I'm not interested in. Tired of it & won't be going back.

False discount
Asked for prices on 2 different Omron blood pressure monitors, I get 20% discount with Health Partners card. Quoted me $20 over Omron Australia retail price. Is this even legal?

Hopeless
Been a loyal customer for a couple of years, and at the moment on some pretty expensive medication. This medication doesn't have generic substitutes, so they won't be as keen to sell it as they don't make as much money on each prescription. They have no idea who I am when I submit my prescription. They obviously don't have a loyal or regular customer database. And they are often, if not always out of stock, even for medication I buy regularly. One bloke told me "You come back tomorrow." Didn't even say please. Just gave me the order. Last time ...
Read moreI stood my ground and they ended up 'borrowing' my medication from a Chemist round the corner, and it was only just within use by date. Looks like the accountants decide which stock holdings make the most money, and everything else is just fly by the seat of their pants. Terrible. Won't go there ever again. Would be interested to see if these people respond to any of the comments on Product Review.- 2 reviews
Rip-off your loyalty points
Made significant price purchases yesterday only to be told their loyalty card program has been terminated and our accumulated points null and void. Replacement scheme has been launched. No notice - no points - no loyalty.

Medication always out of stock!!
Every time I go to get medication, I leave the script, wait for 10minutes to only be told it's out of stock!! Surprise surprise!! They are Always out of stock!! Won't go there again just a waste of my time..
They are so overpriced too!!
Personal information
My mum put her scripts in at your store in Cairns (next to Spotlight) and pharmacist on duty ([name removed]) had my scripts cancelled. One was for my 97 year old grandfather and one was for herself. Without any warning, consultation or explanation from my mother she called her doctor and had her script cancelled quite abruptly. We spend a lot of money with Terry White however now we will never step foot in one again. The service was humiliating and my mum was made to feel like a drug addict. She has arterial ulcers which prevent her from sleeping, her pain is severe.
Terrible customer service, overpriced medication
Purchased my PBS listed medication and found that their surcharge has gone way up (even higher than other chemists I know) so I went back to enquire (within hours of purchase). I was met by the same arrogant staff who coldly said, you can't return any medication that has come out of their store. I won't be shopping here again, customer service is non-existent.
Horrible staff
Customer service is horrible. Why have testers if you get won't let people test products? The staff personnel was hovering and was rude when I tried the tester for Natio. Won't be buying anything from there ever. Brands should refrain from associating or stocking with the likes of TW!!!
Will NEVER GO there again.
Very Bad First Time Experience at TW Cranebrook NSW
Walked in the TW at Cranebrook to get a can of milk formula for the first time of my life. Then one of the young girl assistants gave me a very judgemental look while the second girl (This girl seems to be nice) is helping me out at the cash register. Then the first girl came forward and asked have you been here today before! I swear it was not a question but a judgement. This made me so angry and i suggested her check her cameras!!! Then she corrected the girl at the register that the formula was nearly $25 but not some $21, i was confused bec...
Read moreause the cash register girl told me it was something like $21, then the senior female pharmacist in her robe came forward and asked. She explained Maybe shops like Woolworths is cheaper but TW, OK she showed me the price tag on the shell, which was nearly $25, which i didn't really notice and i didn't believe it can be few dollars more expensive than Woolworths for just 1TIN, i felt like i was not welcomed at all in the shop, which i would never go again. I finally got one from Jordan Springs TW, they are more friendly and helpful, and did a price match for me, as i saw their lowest price guarantee poster outside, which is common these days, i bought a bottle of fish oil in CW before and next i saw Coles selling the exact thing at 10 dollars cheaper, so i called up CW and they offered a price straight away. Good customer service too. I also was disappointed at the TW pharmacist who didn't give me a price match and seemed to want me to be out of their premise the sooner the better.- 11 reviews

Customer service non existent.
Made to wait in an empty chemist while no less than Four of their staff mill around doing nothing but idle chit-chat between themselves. Asked for a price on a Ventolin Inhaler, then made to wait again while they finish other duties. I had my Guide dog with me and did not need to be treated like a nuisance customer, I just wanted to be served and leave the premises as quickly as possible. This is the second occasion this has happened to me at Terry White chemist, and I will NEVER be going back! I ended up going to Chemist Warehouse, where I was...
Read more promptly served by friendly staff who took care of all my needs right there on the spot. The staff even came out from behind the counter and said hello to my guide dog, we were both made to feel welcome at Chemist Warehouse.Ughhhhh! So annoying!
The workers were judging us because of our age as we were testing makeup at a younger age. We heard them talking asking people to watch us as we were testing makeup products on our hands.
Staff attitude appalling.
We entered the store to ask for a witness if a signature, there were four staff members standing around chatting. Was met with a disdainful reception, told we would have to wait on cue for the pharmacist. I explained that it just had to be anyone over 18, we had been advised to go in there by the Post office staff. The staff were rude and unhelpful, we waited for 10min, ( with a new born) and then told that they couldn't help. I will NEVER use another Terry White pharmacy for anything at all. Unbelievable the level of poor customer service.
Medication needed.
Bad customer service, staff wouldn't ring to get a CRN number. Then wouldn't price match, a heart medication. Bad on so many levels.

Specials are not really specials
For a while now I have been finding that their advertised savings off the recommended retail price (rrp) are somewhat bogus but today their advertised saving of $21.00 OFF RRP for Iberogast Oral Liquid 50ml is simply fraudulent advertising. Terry White Chemmart are advertising Iberogast Oral Liquid 50ml for $23.99 SAVE $21.00 OFF RRP. The everyday price of Iberogast Oral Liquid 50ml is $24.99. Hence the real saving is $1 not $21.
The staff were just as dumbfounded as I was in this claimed saving.
