I purchased a pram from The Baby Gallery as a first time mum november last year. Opened it to find the handle was broken (not what you would expect for spending alot of money). Multiple emails to them to follow up what was happening and I only received two emails back and an apology for how I felt about the service but not for anything else. When I purchased...
Read more the pram I was not advised at anytime if any faults I couldnt come in and exchange it for a new one. 3 weeks later and due soon and im still waiting on a new pram from the pram company to arrive and I have to post the faulty one back on my own. To say the least I dont recommend the Baby Gallery. If they want to keep customers they need to realise that customer service goes a long way.

I cannot recommend the Baby Gallery highly enough. Staff really go above and beyond to help you and get your products. This was particularly true with me with a bassinet I had ordered. The shipment was delayed thanks to everything COVID but Mary at the Baby Gallery really did everything she could to ensure I had a bassinet for when the baby was born. She really went above and beyond to follow up, at times problem solve and was so wonderful on getting back to me with updates. Love the product range and also the commitment to customer service. I truly cannot thank Mary and her team more.
