The Baby Gallery Physical store

I purchased a pram from The Baby Gallery as a first time mum november last year. Opened it to find the handle was broken (not what you would expect for spending alot of money). I rang them to see if I could exchange the pram to which their reply was no we have to get into contact with the supplier. The lady I spoke to was very short with me and didnt seem to care. I cannot recommend the Baby Gallery highly enough. Staff really go above and beyond to help you and get your products. This was particularly true with me with a bassinet I had ordered. The shipment was delayed thanks to everything COVID but Mary at the Baby Gallery really did everything she could to ensure I had a bassinet for when the baby was born. She really went above and beyond to follow up, at times problem solve and was so wonderful on getting back to me with updates. Love the product range and also the commitment to customer service. I truly cannot thank Mary and her team more.

We purchased a product from The Baby Gallery which has turned out to be faulty or does not work as described on the packaging.

When we requested a refund we were told no and the product works fine but they couldn't demonstrate to us that it did.

I thought as a consumer we had better rights but The Baby Gallery doesn't believe in following warranties or customer service.

This store is truly an abominable place to purchase baby goods. They're happy to see you any product, but are difficult to deal with if products are faulty or don't work. They don't offer refunds and are rude when issues arise. Please spend your money elsewhere, this business is terrible.
