Best bar at Coles
The most complete bar I found at coles supermarket for a meal replacement - assuming the stuff inside is reasonably bio available. Its only 879kJ so you'll still need some discipline to not eat other stuff with it but the 5.9g of fibre helps.
Good amount of protein, complex carbs, fibre, and vitamins - and tastes great.
Protein's mainly from Soy - cheaper option... and still has a bit too much sat fat at 3.7g
Terrible
These taste good and one of the better products from the Biggest Loser program and i have tried most of the Biggest Loser products. These taste okay and around 200-24o calories per a bar. They are a meal replacement but a Biggest Loser shake has less calories and for the same amount of calories you can eat 2 snack bars and come out with a few calories spare. I don't think they are very good value for money.
These can be used as part of the Biggest Loser program to lose weight or just as a quick meal replacement.
They are way to expensive for what they are.
