The chocolate flavoured lady shake is absolutely amazing in the winter months if you heat it up and have it as a hot chocolate. This is my favourite way to have my shakes

The shakes are thick and texturally unpleasant. Thank goodness for Optifast because these are not good at all...along with Ladyshake’s customer service - how about responding to emails? Don’t waste your money.

To adjust to the flavour i started by putting it in a smoothie with blueberries, almond milk, less than a handful of oats, honey and a scoop of Chocolate Lady Shake. Now that i'm use to the flavour i can comfortable enjoy drinking it :))

I have REALLY been joying my Lady Shakes and look forward to them everyday. I am not hungry and have so much more energy. I have stomach issues and everything else I’ve tried like this has really upset my stomach but with Lady Shake it has never felt better. I have only done chocolate so far (only because I love it so much) but will be trying Carmel next. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough!!!

These shakes keep me full and make losing weight so easy. 10kgs down so far (and hubby down 28kgs!). We’d be lost without them. Some people struggle with the taste but you get used to it really quickly...persevere! It’s worth it.

I'm a busy mum of 3 with 2 businesses to run. I was always skipping breakfast. The lady shake has changed this as it's so easy to grab and drink on the way to whatever i have on in the mornings.
The choc flavor was great and I tweaked it to suit my own taste. (Added coffee and more water) it kept me full all morning and I have lost weight without trying

I started on my Lady Shake journey 3 weeks ago. I have so far tried the chocolate, caramel, banana & choc mint. I find them delicious, it is just like drinking a thick shake for breakfast & lunch. I haven't been at all hungry & I also love the bars, which I have for a snack once a day. I am working towards my goal weight with every confidence that I will get there. I would happily recommend the Lady Shake products to any ladies out there who are planning a weight loss journey.

My 2 favourite flavours are chocolate and strawberry. I have also tried banana and choc mint which were quite nice but not my abosolute favourite. I find the shakes very filling and delicious and very convenient with my life. I have successfully lost 18 kilos and am again now in my “healthy weight” so I now just use the shakes in weight management program. I have tried other shakes in the past but the lady shake is by far my favourite. I live in a rural town and no where close sells the products but I find ordering online very convenient and fast.

I Have tried chocolate, vanilla and strawberry.

I like them all but enjoy chocolate the best. I have had great results straight away.

I've tried 3 flavours, my favourite is chocolate so far. I add extra water and a few ice cubes which make the shake more enjoyable. I substite breakfast or lunch with a shake and havent felt hungry. Lost 4kg so far and I like that is it Australian made and owned

I love these shakes! I’m not normally one to eat breakfast so I find the shakes quick and easy to make, tasty and very filling. They are quite thick if made with the recommended amount of water so I use extra which probably just helps with it being so filling. I have them for lunch also and have one of the bars for morning tea. I highly recommend these as a meal replacement. Much better than many other brands with less sugar and high protein.

This is the first shake that actually tastes like proper chocolate and I can’t believe how filling it is. I am so glad I found The Lady Shake and how it has helped me with my energy levels. Biggest regret... I didn’t start sooner

I've tried many chocolate shakes that are either bitty or watery or have a nasty sickly artificial aftertaste, but this brand is amazing! I love that I don't have to worry about sugar content and it's always thick and creamy. I will NEVER purchase from another shake company again!

I have purchased the Strawberry and the chocolate shakes, mixing them together for a nicer tasting shake. Compared to some other shakes on the market they taste pretty good, i have added more than the advised amount of water as I don't like them too thick. I've managed to drop a couple of kilos using these shakes. definitely recommend. They are very filling so I am not craving as much food with them. I have just ordered my second months worth.

I have tried most of them but love chocolate and coffee. Love the taste and it’s so filling. Would recommend to anyone who is interested in losing a few kgs

Delicious tasting meal replacement shake. I love that it is thick like a smoothie so feels less like other replacement shake products. I love mixing flavours like banana and chocolate.

As a new mum I love TLS! It’s the best protein shake out there. So low in sugar and packed with flavour! So easy to prepare with bananas or teaspoon of peanut butter and I’m good to go! Easy lifestyle to follow. The choc berry bar is pretty yummy too! Especially for dessert or a pick me up in arvo.

Day one was a struggle as per other posts, the consistency was different to my usual peanut butter toast and coffee. I stuck with it and by day 3, love it! It’s super low sugar & I did have a detox day or two... but now I’m full of real energy & cant wait to keep drinking my shake and reclaiming my life!
