I was given a price beat offer from Think Conveyancing. They were meant to be cheaper. In the end, it was the most expensive conveyancing I have ever done. Not too impressed. Now I am getting a different company for another purchase. She is very personal and thorough and returns to my calls and explains things well.

The fee was very competitive.
Jasmine was very efficient and professional.
A minor delay in transfering the purchaser’s deposit but it was dealt with satisfactorily in the end.
I would use them again.

The settlement was handled in a professional,efficient manner by a qualified lawyer.

We recently sold a house and bought a house. These happened to settle on the same day (our heads were spinning). It was great to have Christine C and Kenley C handle the properties. They were both prompt in answering our questions and keeping us up to date with proceedings. A special mention to Christine .. she is on the ball!! The only downside was that the movologist dept said they'd contact us after the settlement to arrange utilities but didn't. Sorted it ourselves. We would happily recommend Think Conveyancing.

These guys are an absolute joke I did more work for my own settlement than them, they never return calls and the only time you hear from them is when they want more money. My settlement went 15 days over and then we had to re book it 3 times over 2 days it finally went through on the 4th attempt. I would never recommend these guys to anybody.
