The footage is poor, you have to be up very close to make out licence plates. In park mode with settings on sensitive, the unit didn't even turn on when my car was backed into hard causing thousands of $$$$ damage. So far has been a useless waste of money and it's not a cheap unit. Thinkware sent it back to me saying that it was to their standards and even decided to confiscate my thumdrive????? What!
