Terrible company, total rip off
I made two mistakes when dealing with this company. Firstly assuming that they operated with honesty and integrity, and secondly not asking for a quotation prior to having some water extraction carried out. In hindsight a stupid mistake.
I booked a water extraction through Tip Top Cleaning and was invoiced by Marks Maintenance Service. I assume this is one and the same company and a quick check on Marks Maintenance will reveal a rating of 1 from 70 reviews.

Poor customer service
Very slow customer service. Unable to send me an invoice after requesting it 3 times. I was charged almost $400 for a patch of carpet and it wasn’t even done well. It is very noticeable it wasn’t a clean cut. Disappointed.
