Hi Sharon W. Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the install of your Titan tidy. There will always some cutting and trimming required of sheets and flashings due to the standard widths of sheeting and lengths of flashings. The lengths of the wall and roof sheets will be correct for your building with the fall of the roof needing to be cut on an angle once stood vertical. All areas that do require trimming will have a flashing supplied to cover the cuts.

Hi Brenda. Thank you for your inquiry. An approximate price for a 9 long x 7 wide x 2.4 high kit only ex - Brisbane with an N3 wind rating (I understand Bundaberg is split between N3 and C1 ratings) would be about $9500. Titan have a distributor servicing the Bundaberg area. Due to the many variables (wind rating, layout, delivery, approvals, slab, install etc), it would be best to call our Bundaberg representative directly. A very rough ball park figure for a 9 x 6 x 3 shed installed on a new slab is $17000. There are many factors that vary this figure, site location, shed options, council requirements etc etc. Can I suggest you contact one of our sales displays and talk to one of our experienced salespeople for a more personalized quote.

Hello Alan B and thank you for your inquiry. For one of our standard sized sheds (6.910 x 3.06 x 2.7) a rough price for a fully installed shed would be around $10500. This would cover standard council and delivery fees in south east Queensland only.
As you mentioned their are many varying costs involved. If local to Brisbane, a site visit would be required to fine tune the quote. It is best if you contact your nearest Titan display to receive a more detailed an accurate quote. If you let me know what area you are in, I will be happy to direct you to the right display. Hi Sue and thank you for your inquiry. I can tell you that the kit price for the 80H start at $22839 and depending on the external cladding and roof profile go to $26117. We currently only offer the kit delivered to site and delivery costs depend on where your house will be built. We also offer a floor system priced at $9888 for the 80H however the houses can be built on slabs.
Due to the amount of variables for the building process (soil tests, site preparation, council fees etc) and the fact we are not providing this at the moment, I can not give you a price for this.

Thanks you for your question. A standard 6 x 6 x 2.4 shed kit delivered to site is approx $6500. Certification fees (approx $700), slab (approx $3100), and erect (approx $1600) are all subject to your property, position on the property etc etc.
For a more specific quote for requirements, can I please suggest you call Head Office on 3803 6077 and ask for sales.

We don't have a list as such. Due the number of different size commercial sheds that are available and in different configurations, we would require some more information? What is roughly the size you are chasing a price on?
