I ordered a custom shed which costs considerably more than an 'off-the-shelf' shed. On a 2m high shed the option of a roller door was out, so, I uninstalled the swing doors and replaced them with a 'roller shutter' (the kind you see over windows) - and additional $1000 but it gave me the roller door I wanted. I found panel top and bottom plates were not parallel. The gable end flashing was not long enough and therefore the ends look a little unfinished. A very generic installation guideline was provided of which little was relative to my type of shed.
All in all, the finished product has come up quite good with my addition of the roller shutter.
The best thing I found with Titan was the service. All that I dealt with were exceptional.

Had a carport done by Titan and am pretty happy with the finished product. Although the process was a bit slower than I would have liked. I also would have preferred that they use Colourbond corry & flashings rather than the Chinese corry. Looks the same now, but we'll see how well the colour holds up in the future.

No communication, delivery late and was to be installed before Christmas, still waiting for that to happen. Shocking communication, shouldn't be this hard.

Bought a stud frame shed through a Titan dealer. Very helpful up until I made the final payment, which is when the helpful stopped. I didn’t find the factory helpful either. But there are some helpful Titan dealers out there, so track one down if you intend to buy a Titan.

He came after a phone call, discussed what was required, said he would be back in two days, gave us a quote and after approval came to install the bottom line was he did what he said the job was very good left the place clean Waka and Dan did a excellent job very pleased

Paul Symonds was a professional sales rep and the quote was about the same as 5 other companies in the Ipswich area. The job was in two stages due to my financial situation at the time and this was no problem.
Overall I had no issues and the job looks good.

These guys average about 2k more for an equal quality 6x9mtr shed than their competitors.
Also be aware they will on average almost double the actual costs of any relaxation fees id required and add a few hundred to council approval fees just because they can.

On my second shed I ended up just buying the 6 x 9 kit shed to match the adjoining shed..then used a private certifier and sorted erection and my slab privately with local contracters through gumtree .. saved me around 6k.

From start to finish this was a perfect purchase. We requested an odd sized titan Tidy to fit along the side of our house and needed the colour to work with the rest of the property. We were very excited to get our shed however due to weather it took 3 months to install, from signing of contract to installation. Once the shed was ready to go up we found the installers took their time only working half days therefore took a week to put it up. Apart from that our shed was certified on Friday and all is good. The sales rep we dealt with was very professional and helped out whenever it was needed. We look forward to spending a lot of time un our shed.

I purchased a Titan Shed and I am extremely happy with the quality of the workman ship and product. The purchase was well followed through and the sales rep was more than happy to come and visit the property as many times as needed. All work was done from Council approval to concrete work and install without a hitch. If I have one suggestion would be to roll the plumbing work in with the process to make it a little easier. Love my Titan and would recommend to anyone.

Would definitely not recommend Titan if you want a quality built shed. If you are not fussy about quality of build, then they would probably be more than suffice for you, but if you want a quality shed built and peace of mind, I would go with another shed company.
Just had mine built 12m x 6m and it took 5 months from contract signed t to finish and it was an absolute joke from start to finish with non caring office staff, poor customer service and extremely poor quality workmanship.

Had a contract with Titan to build a 12x6 garage....nice and all smiles at first....sign contract and hand over deposit.... Then it's almost like I don't exist....idiot concreters come around and clear for slab...slab gets poured...( telling them before I left for work to absolutely go off council planned) get the dumb butt nods yeees ....come home to find out the slab is 1.5m in the wrong place....make calls,get passed around to almost everyone then back to square one....someone finally takes the call them (get this) blames me for it....I refu...

Titan Sheds poured our slab 5 weeks ago and it’s 110mm out of square to our house. They advised us yesterday that it needs to be ripped up and redone. Their customer service has been extremely poor and there is no urgency at all to rectify the issue. They have not yet to date offered any solutions to fix the problem.

We have built 3 sheds now through Titan and have dealt with Marc on each occasion. We would highly recommend his expertise.

The shed is so good especially since we connected power to it. My wife now wants to put a TV and a couch down there so she can "supervise" me tinkering in comfort!! Marc from Yandina did a sterling job, nothing was too difficult despite the variations I requested and his responses were very prompt.

I have had a few dealings with Titan over the years....Mark at Titan Yandina was the epitome of professionalism and is in example to everyone else in the service industry.

We have bought three sheds from Titan over the past few years - all ordered from their Yandina sales office. The service from placement of the order through to concrete slab work, component delivery and shed erection was excellent. Two of the sheds were american barn type designs and it was noticeable that the latest one is of a super robust design indicating their product development and improvement continues. Were we to require another shed we would certainly buy Titan.
