Poor absorbancy and a few were faulty
The newborn nappies leaked all the time.
The infant nappies haven't leaked very much, but we have had a few with manufacturing defects where the straps are either missing or only partially attached.
The bulk pack of wipes is just a multi pack of the travel wipes.
We want to do the right thing and use biodegradable products and Australian made, but these are pretty terrible.
I will avoid in the future.
Purchased at Chemist Warehouse Physical Store.

The best one I’ve used
Now, I’m pretty down to the value when it comes to nappies. Although these were a touch dearer, thanks to my mother in-law who gifted them to me otherwise I would not have discovered them and stuck on using the most common brand... Huggies. They fit so nicely and comfortably I found when my newborn l was in that 4 to 5kgs. At this weight Huggies became too tight for my newborn, however the next size up were still too big. The straps are bigger so that it doesn’t curl up unlike the other nappies... Babylove and Huggies. They are super absorbent ...Read more
as when I’m about to change my newborn and she does the unexpected wee... as long as she is still on the nappy... it catches it all and no need for that unnecessary wet clothes. Bonus is that they are good for the environment. Give them a try specially for the delicate skin of a newborn you won’t regret it.
Purchased in June 2021 at Chemist Warehouse for $14.00.

Good for baby and the environment
Wanted to try these out because they’re said to be good for the environment. Baby likes them, no problems with leaks or nappy rash. Unfortunately no indicator line like Huggies Ultimate, but not a big deal. Good fit, would be happy to continue using these in futur. They’re not the cheapest nappies, but worth the slightly extra cost.

Good Nappy
Gentle on baby's bum and no rashes. my son is a heavy wetter and nappy did get very full. There were very few times when it did leak; if I didn't change his nappy in over 3 hours. I love the cute designs on it and the fact that it's bio degradable.

So grateful for Tooshies!
We used these Tooshies Newborn nappies since day one with our baby boy. We originally envisioned using reusable nappies, but the reality of the demand of parenthood meant that we desperately needed a planet friendly disposable option, and are so grateful to have found Tooshies! Not only are they cute, but they really do the job. Our bub never ever got a nappy rash either. Highly recommended! We have now moved onto the infant size, and will continue sticking loyal with this product going forward for sure!

Best Eco-Nappies!
I absolutely love these nappies. Firstly, they fit my tiny little 6 pound baby from the get go. Super absorbent, no problems with explosions. Amazing on my baby's skin! But what I love most is that they are so cheap and so accessible! It's not often you come across nappies as good as these that are so Eco-friendly and sustainable. I wish more mums knew about these.
April 24th 2017 Update: Leaking overnight?
So for those that have had trouble with leaking - I would recommend up-sizing. My little girl is TINY but the longest baby in the wor...Read more
ld. I had a few nights were little miss would have an accident and I wondered whether her frame was not 'general' baby sizing (Literally have trouble with every pair of pants too!). So I up-sized to the Crawler 7-12kg and have had no issues since. A must try before writing it off completely! As per my previous Newborn Nappy review - I still 100% stand by these. Planet-friendly, sustainable, affordable and so gentle on skin. Always a big thank you!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

The best on the market
Upon finding out I was pregnant, going through my check-lists one concern I had was what are we going to do about the nappy situation! I wanted something that was great for bub while also being great on the environment and then that's when tom organic announced their new range tooshies by Tom!! It was meant to be. While they are super cute 45% of their materials are made from plant based and sustainable materials! That's a win win from me. The petite and slim fit of the newborn size were perfect for my Little man and his tiny toosh :) unfortuna...Read more
tely we weren't in the super cute pear print for long but soon upgraded to the adorable orange print!! If your wanting to do your part for the environment I highly recommend tooshies by Tom by far February 13th 2017 Update: The best of the best! We have now moved onto tooshies crawlers! And the results are still the same...Amazing quality, no leaks, no nasty chemicals, my little man has very sensitive skin and other Nappies had left rub marks but not tooshies. If your searching for a great product for you and your bub look no further you have just found it! March 12th 2017 Update: The best of the best! Once bub was finished in the newborn tooshies we moved straight to the infants as knew I was not switching brands as I was so happy with the previous size! Best nappies for the planet!
We absolutely love the Tooshies by TOM nappies. We started using the newborn size for our baby after seeing them at a baby show in Melbourne. The slim, non bulky fit was so great for our baby who was born early and smaller than expected. The nappies have an easy to use stretchy waistband which is great for first time parents and grandparents alike. We've had no leaks or blowout using them too. The best thing we found about the Tooshies by TOM nappies (aside from the super cute designs!) is that they are made with 45% of the materials coming from plant based and sustainable materials. So gentle on our baby's bottom and the planet. We love them!

Love these Nappies!
While I was awaiting the arrival of my first born I was researching products that would not only be great to use on her new baby skin but also environmentally friendly and I came across Tooshies that ticked all those boxes. Now she's here I'm glad I went with this product as they are slim fitting for under her little outfits, we have not had one sore bottom or leak, the prints are super cute and the wipes smell amazing! I am so grateful that products like this exist! Thanks Tooshies by TOM ❤️
