Great customer services, helpful staff and good service department. I had to get three bikes repaired and serviced and the guys at Topline Cycles Nerang took very good care of me and spent time explaining how to care for certain parts of the bike, what to look out for, which components could use an upgrade to make my riding experience even better. They are bike enthusiasts themselves and seem to like what they do. That always helps translates in to good customer care. Their prices were fair and I have been back 3-4 times since to get my bikes taken care and they are conveniently located near the MTB trails near Nerang.
