Was not aware of Umart until I needed a high end desk top and my IT consultant suggested they may be able to assist. Was a little hesitant due to the online nature but from first contact seeking their build recommendations confidence built. A series of emails followed checking on specs and capabilities which were all answered promptly and professionally. Order placement and deposit were all straight forward. Build was quicker than advised and the collection process was efficient. The desk top has met all my requirements. My company will not go anywhere else for our hardware/software. Great experience.

Always have everything that I need. Combined with great service. Sight is easy to navigate, and you can easily find a product to suit your budget.,as there is an extremely large range.

Wide range of items and prices are usually competitive, I have been shopping at umart for 15 years now. The shop front and local presence gives you confidence that you will get your order. Only negative is the wait when picking up which can be over 20 minutes especially in Milton. Would be good if you can phone ahead to minimise wait.

Umarts's amazing range of all kinds of products was an awesome surprise, I found everything I needed to get a custom computer. Customer service was amazing, responded quite quickly and was extremely helpful. Will order again!

Always have a large range of products from a tight budget to the person who expects the best. So easy to search for the item you have in mind, very well laid out with Specs and product reviews. Regularly search other PC sites, but always come back to Umart.

Fantastic site to navigate a huge range of excellent products & up front great prices. Dealing with Umart either in store (Gold Coast) or via Email is never a problem. Friendly efficient help.

Bought a laptop, it had a problem, no fault of theirs, they sent me a return label and organised a refund, great customer service. Their prices seem lower than msy. I'll deal with them again soon.

Support staff did everything they could to answer my questions and knowledgeable. They helped with everything they could and made every effort to help me with not just product information but made sure what i required would be compatible and do what i required.
