The best service
I find Umart to always delivery my purchases quickly and promptly. Even warranty returns are handled quickly and without fuss, had to return a NAS that failed after 9 months and they even paid for the return postage. Highly recommend Umart

Good service, prices
Purchased a graphics card from them - arrived quickly (about 5 working days - noting that I'm in WA). Didn't receive the AMD codes initially but sent a quick email to support and quickly got a response with the codes.

Competitive prices, excellent service
Responded very quickly to my email queries even on a weekend. Competitive prices and good offers, the graphics card i purchased was $20 cheeper than anywhere else i could find. Shipping cost very reasonable too. Package arrived before another order from a competing online PC store. Website navigation was good but context sensitive parameter filtering is not quite as good as some competitors. E.g. filtering DDR4 memory by speed and timings is not supported. I mistakingly bought some 3-pin fans when i was after the 4-pin PWM variant (same model number) so i feel some product descriptions / specifications could be improved. All things considered would definitely purchase from Umart again.

Helpful support, good service, and a great range
The store has a great range of computer parts and other electronics. All of my questions were answered quickly and properly by their support staff. Great prices around the board and an easy pick-up option saved me the hassle of shipping. It will be my go-to hardware shop going forward and I will definitely be recommending their store to friends and family.

Don't care about customers
Finally, after 2.5 weeks I got my purchases. Only after I asked them where my order is after a few days, they informed me their was an error. Needed another 2 weeks after that to ship. I changed the out of stock hard drive to one that was in stock. After a couple of days still nothing. I contacted them again and it turned out they just added the replacement hard drive to my existing order. Lots of screw ups. Didnt even upgrade to express shipping after all that wait time which was clearly their fault. If you order here, make sure to email/call them every other day to make sure they are getting it right. I dont recommend them.

Excellent prices and service
I shop at Umart regularly because of the fantastic prices, excellent range and quality brands stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful, and if something is out of stock they notify you when stock will be available or arrange an alternative.

Dont do business with this store
This Emart have no regards for the Consumer Law and DOA rights. They ask you do buy a new one while the faulty model is sent back to distribute for RMA process
Which under consumer guarantees if its within 7 days DOA, the law requires the retail to do a on stop direct swap or refund

Bad experience
Ordered a monitor that was in stock. I paid $68 express postage but still hadnt been dispatched after 6 days despite being told 1-2 days dispatch time.Rang and cancelled the order.

Great Online store
Umart Online is easy to find your way around in plus you can see what is currently in stock or what is available within a day or so from the warehouse.
Umart offer a variety of quality brand products at a good price and some really good deals at various times of the year.
My only complaint is the pickup area at Milton Store, the Service could be a bit quicker, mind you I was in the store on the Monday following the "Black Friday Sale" so maybe there were more people than on a normal day.

Amazing Prices and Service
The online store is really easy to navigate through, with really simple and effective filters. There is a big range of products, only complaint is that they lack in the Memory/RAM department (Should also have a MHz filter in the memory section eg. 3200mGz, 3000mGz, etc.). They have lots of amazing deals and because you can choose to do free instore pickup throughout all of Australia, the prices are really cheap. Customer service is great, they even have a chat box that pops up in the 'Contact Us' page.

If I can give zero star I would
Ordered an item.
Order number is 4410214. Paid in full nearly 2 weeks ago.
Did not receive item
Rang, and to my horror no stock
Not a single call, sms or email to me.
Best they can say is "sorry" which is not good enough.
Making mistake is one thing, not following up and letting customer know is another.
Very bad or nil communication from a company like this. Disappointing. And they just lost a customer

No dramas
The website could be prettier, but it gets the job done. Good prices and stock availability. Shipping could have been faster but that's out of their control. Satisfied with the product received, I will shop there again.

Poor apathetic service.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Purchased a motherboard that was supposed to support 9th generation CPU, turns out an 8th generation CPU is required on top of everything else for a bios update for this function however this is not stated on the website. As I live three hours away, a drive in to fix this wasn't feasible, and customer service did not care or have any desire to help in any way shape or form. Basically dealt with a, "thanks for your money, drive three hours or deal with it, kthxbai." I've spent thousands with this store, and helped many friends build their computers through here, thankfully Computer Alliance is a competent company that values its customers.

All the information about the item presented was correctly and there is a certain onus on customers to do research or ask for advice before purchasing. Thoughtful
