I was looking for a closed-system double breast pump, having read a scary article about how unhygienic open systems are. I was so happy to stumble across the Unimom Forte during the last few minutes of a recent baby expo. Was even happier to find out it was so much more affordable compared to a certain other big brand. The icing on the cake was the customer service that came along with the product - Eileen was personable and friendly, and super efficient. I received my order within 2 days and received a friendly follow-up call to make sure all was in order. (Obviously, as with all pumps the annoying thing is there are so many parts to be washed! But that can't be helped!)

[name removed] was so helpful and attended to my needs immediately and I arranged for my son to pick up the pump from [name removed] at her house. She was so efficient and even though she was quite ill with bronchitis couldnt have been more helpful and very efficient.

I borrowed a forte from a friend in order to decide on purchasing. Bought from Perth company uberebaby.com, excellent service and communications on delivery, operation etc.
It's a very good product and very economical at less than half the price of the market leader. Small and compact which is good. Bottles have more parts to disassemble/reassemble for washing, but used to it now.

I purchased the forte based on Internet reviews so I was a little nervous initially. But after using the forte for the last 4 months I am convinced that this is one of the best on the market. I can pump double the amount of milk in half the time compared to other pumps i have tried and it is easy to clean and super quiet. Very happy with the forte!

This pump is great, I have just started going back to work part time and I am trying to breast feed as long as possible, I have been expressing milk everyday from two months ago so I now have a frozen stash. with this pump I have been able to express 1 bottle a day. this is my second child and with my first I didn't have an electric pump so I would end up with RSI in my wrists from trying to get a bottle of milk this pump is great I wouldn't be without it
inexpensive and quiet

I used the medulla swing while in hospital, but couldn't justify the expense, particularly with all the other expenses associated with a newborn. After seeing it won bronze in the mother and baby awards 2013 I went ahead with the uni mom forte and couldn't be happier with it, it's relatively quiet, easy to set up and use and great that you can adjust the suction strength, have also found the suction rhythm is far more comfortable then that on the medulla swing. All parts are easy to disassemble and clean.

I purchased a unimom double breast pump 3 months ago and because I'm exclusively express breastfeeding my baby I use it around 6 times a day and it is great. I have been using the pump most mornings since having my little girl who is now 13 weeks old and it's been wonderful. Very effective for single or double pumping. I have used a hospital grade electric pump and this absolutely matches it in every way. Have recommended it to friends who are currently pregnant.

Can't sell it on as it's not a closed circuit - but from the reading I did online, no pumps should be sold on as there is never a guarentee that there won't be cross contamination no matter how well you think they've been cleaned!

This breast pump is excellent. I bought a famous brand before but not happy about it. I changed to Unimom thanks to a recommendation from a friend who used it and it is totally worth every single cent. User-friendly, smooth breastfeeding process! Highly recommended!!! I used the Medela Symphony breast pump and loved it but can't justify the cost of renting or purchasing it, then I came across review on the Unimom Forte hospital grade breast pump. For a special price of $149.95, it sounded too good to be true, but i trusted the feedback i read and ordered one to try out. I had to wait a few weeks for it due to stock issues but it is worth the wait. The parts are easy to assemble and wash. The milk bottles come with the package are tough. The shape of the teats are like the ones the hospital uses in the special nursery.

This pump is great because it's fast comfortable, easy to use and wash. I haven't found any problems with the pump, I'm so glad I got it. It's a great price for what it is and in comparison to other pumps on the market. I am already recommending this pump to friends.

I was recommended this pump form a friend and am very happy with it. I have returned to work so needed an efficient double pump and have found this fantastic. Quick while being gentle at the same time and relatively quiet. Easily transportable and great value for money when compared to other hospital grade pumps around

I could express more milk compare to my old breastpump. It's very effective, the pumping sound is not as loud as other breastpump & good value for double breast pump. The size is a bit big but it is a hospital grade pump. Thus i am still very glad that i purchased Unimom forte.
