Hi Kerry,
The tyres are not air filled so do not puncture. I know the three wheel prams are better on rough surfaces though and the air filled tyres do make it smoother but puncture often. However I find the uppababy is fine on footpaths etc and some bumps and cracks but would be a bit to bumpy if I was to only push the pram on these surfaces. This pram looks great too .

How is it for going on walks?

Great for walking on smooth surfaces, so easy to push.

On rough footpaths you notice bumps as the wheels aren't huge, but my baby actually falls asleep from the vibrations (like they do when bounced)

It wouldn't be any good for "off road" walks

Its very easy to manouvre. My baby likes a stoney footpath too and falls asleep from the vibrations. However when I'm in a shopping centre the stroller is too smooth! So walking is great but I would not recommend for running.

Yes the seat does fully recline and is super easy to adjust/tilt.

It kinda does. Baby is still slightly tilted ie not totally horizontal and not totally flat. However he doesn't mind this at all but he is only three months so his legs kinda butterfly outwards.

Yes, the recline is one of the best features! Most prams only have the ability to slightly recline whereas the Alts reclines flat, it is brilliant!

Does it have all-terrain wheels?

No the wheels are a solid rubber I think which are ok through the park and grass but no heavy duty stuff like jogging or high speed strolling over rough terrain!
