Our kitty took a while to learn the litter tray- unfortunately his preferred toilet was the bedroom carpet (and we are in a rental argh!) Urine free took a few applications but took the smell right out even in areas that he had been continually using. Great product- all the previous products we used didnt work but this one did.

Urine Free works well on concrete and artificial grass. I have used it on both. I have two small dogs. The beauty of it is that you can do the treatment yourself at anytime. Just follow easy instructions and "presto" the problem area is free of smell. It is an absolutely fab product and I would highly recommend it.

We had a small pee mat that pup used at night. For a small mat (& doggy) it stunk the whole house out & cleaning it every day made no difference.
Your product is a godsend & got rid of most of the smell. With subsequent washes & applications it will only get better!

We used urineFREE with the spray connector to salvage our house after tenants had left the place smelling strongly of urine in both carpeted and hardwood floor areas (we think from dogs, cats and children). Your product is great and I didn’t smell any urine of my dog anymore. I will buy refill urine free soon. But anyway the shipping little bit expensive. Not lucky for me because I’m staying far away from city.

A small yard with synthetic turf and two female dogs is a recipe for a bad smelling yard. I've tried other solutions without lasting results. Urinefree on the first application has made a huge difference. Easy to use, means it will be easy to maintain.

I purchased this product in hopes that it would relieve the smell of my synthetic turf. When the box arrived, the battery operated dispenser was broken, on this occasion the customer service was good and I received a refund for the dispenser. I followed the instructions and found that for 2 days the product seemed to somewhat work. However, after the two days the urine smell came back equally as strong as what it was prior to applying for the product, even though my dog had not urinated on the synthetic grass again. I then submitted an unpublished review with an understanding that someone would contact me... I’m still waiting for that call. As a result, I have chosen to publish this review.

It does not work. It smells as bad as the dog urine and makes my yard smell like a public toilet. Complete waste of money . What more can I say thirty words are not needed for this product

The only thing that worked! Will be recommending and using this in my business more often. Very impressed how it neutralized the smell after 10 cats living inside for over 3 years.

Our fake turf gets very smelly as I do dog minding and dogs regularly pee on the turf. Urine Free is great to freshen the turf up every month or so. It doesn't stay super fresh for long but is effective for a couple of weeks. Will continue to regularly purchase this product.

Between an old cat and an ill cat with bladder problems and a husband who has had a stroke and doesn't always aim well this product has saved our house. Also, I lent it to my daughter and she still hasn't returned the spray bottle so I assume she loves it too. Keep up with the great products - is an enzyme for bathrooms next

Cleans up pet smells from accidents and vomit. Removes odours and potential stains. We use it on fabrics, even leather when the pets have made a mess on the couch. We keep a good supply in the house for those 'in case' times.

Haven't been able to find similar product on the market, Urine Free is not cheap but it really works if you want to get rid of urine smell in your garden or elsewhere

Urine off is a brilliant product - for removing urine marks and urine odour from carpets it really performs every time - it worked on light and dark carpets for us. It has a pleasant smell too. It also took the odour from our timber deck where there was a build up of urine as well. It is also perfect to keep outside tiled areas fresh and clean - I would treat such areas regularly and there was never any build up or smells. I recommend this product to any pet owner.

This is the best product to eliminate dog urine. I have a small garden with artificial lawn and a dog, thanks to Urine Free I can enjoy my garden without doggy smells. Great product and amazing customer service - highly recommend it!

An excellent product. I have recommended Urine Free to friends and relatives and all have reported consistent, good results. Much better than other products, it does what the manufacturers claim!

Very happy with the product. We have been using Urine Free for the past 9 months for puppy accidents. Mainly used on tiled area, but have used it a couple of times on dark carpet and had no issues effecting the carpet. Purchased the LED ultraviolet torch as well and that has been very handy to see any spots you may of missed. Great to able to purchase large bottles. It really does work!
