All these rolls quickly go off and my dog won’t touch them. The transportation, longer storage times plus ever varying temperatures, make this product such a gamble. Considering the amount of preservatives they have it must be pretty poor logistics for this to happen so often. Like so many products these days, prices increase while quality does the opposite.

When I was slicing through the loaf there was a piece of rubber about 2 cm sticking out. I hate to say it, but sometimes the loaf seems off before the due date. I thought this was the better product, but I can't feed this to my dogs.

I have found this product one great that my fussy dog will eat. It keeps well in the Meat compartment in my fridge at home.
My two poodles Charlie and Sophie love this for dinner at night after a hard day chasing rabbits, with extra vegies. We are devastated to not be able to find it in Coles Devonport and no shelf talker. Do Coles intend to stock this again and if not where can we buy it? They were nearly sick on some awful Tasmanian replacement loaf that I bought in place of. Smelled disgusting too. Where can I purchase gourmet loaf please? Deborah, Charlie and Sophie

I have used these for many years but lately the quality is garbage. As above the rolls are loose and soft and slimy. More liquid is pumped in to make the weight. But nothing ever seems to change. The company posts an apology but they don't care. They still sell their crappy dog food. An expensive product that seems to have lost the quality.

where is your direct contact number?? Tonight I purchased your Natures Goodness Log and that is the same. Oily, cost more than your other logs per gram. I didn't know it was manufactured by the same company until I looked at the packaging.
