I've been coming here for ages because of the great service. They take their time and give honest advice, even if it means they lose out on a sale sometimes. Just this morning I took my bike in because of an odd noise it was making. I'd booked it in for a service, but the lady working looked at it, said it didn't need a service and that it would just be taking my money. Her words: "It would be cool for us, because it would be easy money. But it wouldn't be cool for you." She was also super friendly.

Good shop(s), excellent genuinely friendly staff who know their stuff. Good place to get bike serviced or buy your parts if you can't wait for a parcel. Not like a normal cycle business, as in the shop isn't full to the roof with random bikes, some of which will never sell, instead they have a select number of bikes out for sale, and a nice big, well-equipped workshop area at both 817 Nicholson and whatever number the other shop is, also on Nicholson. Nice people, will go back if I need bits and can't wait.
