I bought the airwalker exercise machine. The machine is not aligned and balanced. It is very unstable and creates safety concerns. I almost fell off the equipment. I raised the issue and they keep telling me that it is a minor issue. Still waiting for refund.

Returned a item bought in Nov 2022 and still waiting for refund. After many phone calls to their customer support and messaging online there is no progress to my claim. Disappointed with Dsshop. Lost my money and the goods.

Paid for delivery within 3 days.
My order wasn’t delivered and DSHOP staff weren’t willing to sort out the issue with TOLL.
They suggest I make contact with TOLL or look at picking up the order myself.

Desk came in prompt fashion. The desk is easy to build. directions came in Chinese however anyone can read the picture and see how fast you can put the desk together. THANK YOU 100000000 now i can get some serious work done!

We bought the Nirvana Queen Bed Frame for $300

The picture looks lovely but measurements of holes and where parts go were off by as much as a centimetre. The legs that support the middle of the bed are a cm too long and makes the struts bow.

Sorry but not buying from here again.

These guys are terrible....I bought 3 ear wax vacuum - don't waste your money on these they DO NOT WORK & I am having the run around trying to get a refund.....they first said I needed to send them a photo & know they want a video.......DO NOT BUY from this company.......BAD BAD BAD
