Total scam - Avoid at all costs
I spent nearly $600 on a sofa and a small wardrobe.
Delivery is a pain - I had to phone and email daily to finally have the items delivered after 3 weeks.
Then I realised the items were like kids toys and had to return them. They agreed to a return, said it would cost me another shipping fee and a further 10% deduction from overall cost, which I agreed to as I just want to get rid of these unwanted items.

Damaged product
I got a damaged product delivered for which i paid $50 and only because it was working they just offered me $15 voucher ....I paid for a brand new thing and getting ripped off with just waiving delivery charges

Maintain safe distance
They don't deserve any star. Not Australian owned company and has no minimal respect to Australian consumer law and legislation. Cheap material. No consistency, fraudulent. Reported to Queensland Fair Trading and ACCC attention will be drawn. Condidering referring matters to Queensland civil and administrative tribunal.

poor delivery - incorrect promise
I put an on-line order is several weeks ago, and the system said it was in stock and would be delivered in a few days. This turned out to be a lie. It was not in stock and they cannot give a date for delivery, 3 weeks after the promised delivery date

Review of desk
I bought the desk because it looked great it the advertising picture.
Unfortunately, it's actually extremely bad quality. It's chipped on nearly every piece and was extremely dirty with dust and actual fingerprints so it wasn't cleaned down before being sent.
It's doesn't feel terribly stable but it is serving its purpose. Also, the 'how-to' directions were dreadful

great quality website and very good customer service
the website layout is simple and easy to follow. to can find your destination page via multiple routes. there was a decent selection on offer for what I was looking for. a little more difference is the selection wouldn't have hurt. I haven't received he item yet, but if the site is 100% honest, then there shouldn't be any issues.

There were a few difficulties with the process, I share the downs & ups (in that order-no mis-translation) with u
Although I checked up on your Email (which u said was a glitch in your system) it turns out that bike was not delivered when u said it was going to b. Nor did I receive any coms with respect to delay.
It would seem your coms are very poor or u don't know what's happening, perhaps understandable given current situation BUT u need to communicate

Quality good for what you pay, and good communication
This chin up and dip bar isn't expensive but is strong enough and seems sturdy despite the lightweight frame. It's not at the top end of the market, but is good value for the price you pay.
Really easy to put together with clear instructions and all the necessary parts, including spanners and allen keys.
They were out of stock when I ordered, but kept in touch well through the whole process of ordering, confirming the next available stock and estimated delivery. The delivery costs were fair and delivered on the scheduled date by the courier service.

Rip off, Stay away or lose ypur money.
Recently got the electric dog collar, did not work got in contact with dshop i sent them photo and video of it not working. They still email me asking for what i have sent them. Worst customer service. Nothing but a rip off

Worst Customer service I have experienced, I tried to come to a resolution but these people just offered a $20 voucher then a $35 voucher to make me keep my unwanted item that did not meet description

Safety issue not resolved
We recently bought a FitPal no limits horizontal bar from Dshop. After assembling the bar it appeared that the bar was not held securely between the clips. I wrote to the store about my concerns and attached a photo of the spot of concern. Particularly, I asked whether it was safe to use the bar with the gap between clips. About three weeks passed, but we have not received a response to our message.

We had 6 pieces of office furniture delivered, and they were assembled by a tradesman late yesterday. Five of the items are now complete and we are very pleased with them. The trades man was impressed on the quality of the pieces. When the Infinity vertical shelves were almost completed he discovered that the last draw could not be completed because he had two fronts left and no back. Could you please send me a new front and matching back so he can come back and finish the job. I have taken photos of the two identical fronts and can publish them if you would like conformation. He is very interested in making a purchase himself. but will wait till he finds out your response. Thank you Ruth

Not sure. I only emailed them.
They don't have a contact number only online messenger or emails.
This is part of the problem. There is no way to contact them unless you email them through their website and it's very general, not like a consumer hotline or customer service dept. This added lengthy delays in trying to rectify the problem we had.
