The instructions don’t come with the item, had to sift through emails to find it.

Not even a small screw driver comes with the item.

Once it was all put together, it is not straight and looks like it will fall apart

Unfortunately the site said it has stock that it didn't have, however the staff were very quick to contact me and refund with no issues. Despite the fact I couldn't complete my purchase on this occasion, I would use again. Service was 11/10

I purchased a spin bike. It’s faulty and unsafe. The bike seat moves and will not stay still. You will actually fall off the bike if you try and use it while sitting down. It was advertised as a one size fits all, they sent me a XXS bike made for people that are no taller then 5’7!! It’s impossible to safely use it. They’re refusing to refund. I even sent them video evidence as they requested! It’s completely unfair and against Australian consumer laws!

The hero Backpack is best quality, has enough pockets and nothing will break it. And it is really cool looking. It became my everyday bag nothing else you need but the Hero bag.

Exactly what we were after. A little hard to put together, as some of the holes in the tabletop didn’t aline with the frame properly. But we got there in the end. Would purchase again.

Very easy the whole process, everything i oddered arrived. I was waiting for 1 item and message support team and they directed me to shipping team and found out progress of order. Bouncy castle doesnt stay up needs to be blown u p everyday which is a pain. Shelving unit plastic isnt very sturdy as tge plastic trays slip out of the metal slider. Apart from that products are really good.

Varossa Corner Workstation - went together OK except that I had some fun squaring up the frame to get the top to align with the holes (loosened all the frame screws off). The cupboard has some issues - the base is too big resulting in the door and drawer being a bit too narrow - I pulled the sides in a bit at the top to meet the back - this allowed the drawer to slide without falling through.

Great communication and service. I have bought furniture here before and it has always been to my liking. The colour of this office cupboard was not exactly as pictured but otherwise I am very pleased with this purchase, too.
