Dshop had fast responses to any questions and requests. When the item arrived, I found that the wood emitted an irritating strong smell. When I contacted them, they responded quickly and offered a refund.

The dshop website doesn't allow users to provide product reviews but at the same time they put 5 stars symbol which is deluding
I purchased a study desk, turned out to be very flimsy and I have no confidence at all to let my daughter use it.
There was no indication of delivery time, it took around 10 days to receive the product.

I purchased two desks! So wish I did a bit more research and found this site first!! Terrible quality...so disappointed...the process to even try to get a refund isn't easy. So far I have taken multiple photos. Today I had to mark up a pdf with the issues. I ain't one to shy away from a fight!

Picture was really nice reality is very different, apart from the obviously ridiculous size - I only wear us10 shoes, the build quality was beyond belief with screw heads on show, joined panels just do fit in a smaller box, terrible rubbish that's I need to find space in the bin for .

I ordered a large clothes hanging rack online. The item that arrived was completely different to the photos online and is extremely poor quality (crumbling apart!). Customer service is responsive but shocking in terms of resolving the issue. This is mis-selling and this company should be reported.

I ordered a bench press, and when it arrived it was terrible quality. Braces for strengthening the bench were cut too short to work correctly, and the design of the bench resulted in the upright support bars being dangerously wobbly. The description rated the bench at 500kgs, but it couldn't hold anywhere close to that.

I opened a support request and I've the course of maybe a week of me sending photos and videos of the bench wobbling, I was told that was normal and it was only stable when weight was applied. I added weights and recorded a vid...

We ordered a desk for our autistic son as a Christmas gift, when the package arrived it was clearly a package that had been returned to them. But we accepted it as sometimes these things happen. However when we opened it to assemble it we found that parts had been broken. When we contacted them for a refund they offered to send us the 3 replacement parts, which we reluctantly accepted. 3 weeks later they finally arrived but we only got 2 instead of the 3 requested. Upon contacting them again for a refund they again offered to send a replacement...

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the spin bike. I believe it was misleading to call it a spin bike.

Ive completed multiple online purchases & DShop wins for worst company liaison service, The product was not like DShop make out in their video. Constantly emailing but only to receive a generic email back over months...dragged on without addressing the 'real' issue, extremely dismissive. The product not what I was lead to believe & upon DSop receiving the items back in the original packaging they did not refund my money - disgusting service/morally incorrect. False, fake, Appalling, Avoid!!!

Advertised as varossa-3.5m-large-square-cantilever-outdoor umbrella after delivery I found it wasn’t as advertised, it was actually 3.5m diagonal and not 3.5m square, it took months for me to receive a response and I requested a refund as this was clearly misleading, however after many emails back and forth they offered me a voucher instead which means I have to purchase another product as I was hoping never to shop from here ! Dishonest, crooks and scammers!

Product arrived in 2/3 days. Very Happy with that service. Couriers Please rang to ask if it was ok to leave at front door- very good service
Product came with reasonably good instructions, few chips here and there in the melamine which I guess cant be helped. Lots and lots of screws but happy with end result.

The fabric storage bags/boxes seem well designed and stack up one on another very well due to the internal metal stiffeners. So far, the quality seems quite good too, and I've just ordered more of them. Thank you.

I purchased 2 carpets for $400 and received 2 pieces of fluffy soft fabric, not carpet. Item not as described, not what I ordered and paid for. I have tried to resolve this with no success. The company will not offer a refund or take any responsibility for this. It’s disappointing really, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing carpets / rugs from them.

There was a no questions resolution to my issue. Great customer service. A replacement was sent for the broken cane.

I ordered a dresser and it came in nearly 100 parts. It takes 3 hours to build. Couldn't understand the language the instructions were written in.

Terrible management they sent my parcel all over australia except for me in adelaide, it went to Brisbane, Cairns and Sydney, then became untraceable, it has been returns to them via cochranes,the original person aramex outsourced my details, been waiting a hole month, I want my money back, do not trust these people with your card, they have stolen from me, the item has been sent back, as cochranes could only deliver on australia day, and that didnt arrive, now I have to press charges on them to get my money back, I am $400 out of pocket and no...

I bought one in size medium which was too big but fitted a neighbour's dog. He loves it. I now have the right size for my dog and he loves it. The two of them walk together with no pulling and they look so cute.

The customer service was excellent and I did enjoy talking to them in person. I haven't received the parcel yet
I have a problem with the service of delivery from Hunter Express they don't acknowledge my email or even give a courtesy call.

Shocking quality item they sell and customer service is unbelievably poor. Once you pay it doesn't matter you want refund or what they won't help you.
Selling rubbish, do not trust the photos online.
You will get rubbish after paying hundreds.

I requested them refund theu ignored and refused and i have to pay more to remove the heavy rubbish.

My experience has been positive and do look forward to my replacement.

Desk isn’t great quality and very flimsy. At least 3 panels are damaged/chipped when I opened the box. Also, due to courier delays it took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Ordered 5 Jan, arrived 24 Jan.
