Hi Nieriel, Thanks so much for your question. The time period on the Vibroslim Ultra is 10 minutes per cycle. If you would like to use the machine for longer you simply set for another 10 minutes ( or 5 minutes if you prefer ) once the cycle has completed. The reason for this is that we recommend that the ideal is 10 minutes usage twice a day. This can be as part of your workout, pre or post walking/your daily workout or alone as it's own workout but if you feel you would like more time than the 10 minutes you can add again once complete.

This would be more of a tingling sensation in this case. You may want to try with shoes on and see if this makes a difference. If you have any pre-existing foot condition or injury we would recommend to check this with your GP or specialist to ensure okay to use in this case.

Hi Katie, The VibroSlim Ultra in normal operation doesn't make a loud noise (as in the noise of the motor), but there will be vibration noise particularly on the higher levels. We recommend full body training no longer than 20 minutes approximately 3 to 4 times a week with proper rest and recovery time in between workouts. There are several differences between the two machines, with the main difference being the type of vibration - the VibroSlim Ultra Pro oscillates (moves side to side like a see-saw) and the Radial 3D offers 3 vibration modes - oscillating, horizontal vibration (used to improve balance and strength), and 3d (moves both up and down and side to side in a circular motion, to use all 3 planes of the body). Users can choose which mode they prefer to vary their workout routine. There are also differences in motor, product weight, amplitude (how high the plate moves up and down), and frequency (how quickly it vibrates).
