Perfect

An incredibly strong blender, its not quiet when you crank it up max but that's because the motor is strong.
I've always wanted a Vitamix and am delighted to own one, it's flawless with everything it does.
The 10 year warranty is a bonus.

Purchased in April 2021 at David Jones for $645.00.

Best Blender Ever

I've purchased the Vitamix A2500i and absolutely love it! I had the Thermomix and gave it away as it caused me so many burns. Glad that's gone. But highly recommend the Vitamix and will always continue to have one.

Now as for the the problem mentioned in the reviews about the hypens/E17 and machine not working. This happened to me but I realised that once you put the lid on, it works! It needs the lid on to sense that it's on correctly and ready to blend. See if this works, cause it is a great machine and once I have done this, all works beautifully. Hope this helps.

Purchased in January 2021.

We just purchased the A2300i Vitamix. We cleaned it first then made a simple smoothie. Day after purchase code E01 came up on the screen and it won’t start. We turned it off and on..... nothing. Very expensive one smoothie. I am so disappointed.... please help.

So what does it mean, if 227 is shown on the screen, when switching on?
The gadget works in my case, don’t know if optimally (just recently bought). But I still wonder, if it can be a sign of some defect.

Please, Vitamix team, looking forward to your precious reply!

HI Arina, does it go from 227 to 50 and then works? Not sure... it's all about how the lid seals onto the container and clicks onto the base. If it's not working, call Vitamix and they will either help you or send you a new container that senses with the base. Mine is great now, so they will definitely help you. You will know when it works, cause it's amazing. If you are not experiencing this, then call Vitamix technical support.

Hi Arina

227: This code normally appears when the machine is turned on using the actual on/off switch on the right side of the motor base, all the way towards the back of the machine. This code lets you now that the motor base has reset, and is ready for the blending process.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers

Thanks for your reply, I have solved the problem. It isn't clear in the instructions, but to start blending, you have to make sure the dial is turned to at least 1, and press the blend button down rather firmly, or it won't start and you'll end up in a panic. Like me. And the person above, who didn't get her margaritas.

This was great information Kate. I was having issues with the vitamix starting. I read your response and went straight to it and 'pushed firmly' and issue resolved.
